Caravan Description

Welcome to our pet friendly holiday home for hire on Liskey Hill Caravan Park, boasting amazing views of Perranporth beach and the town.

This Carnaby Melrose has amazing views of Perranporth beach and the town, and benefits from having central heating, double glazing and an electric convector fire in the lounge for those chilly winter evenings, making it ideal whatever the weather.

Our Liskey Hill caravan has a side decking area, which again enjoys amazing views of the beach and is ideal for ‘al fresco’ dining or just sitting out and watching the sun set whilst enjoying a relaxing drink.

The open plan living area comprises the lounge (which has amazing views), dining area and kitchen.

The caravan’s kitchen comes fully equipped with a gas cooker, microwave, air fryer, fridge with a small freezer, cutlery and crockery.

The bathroom has an electric shower plus toilet and wash basin.

The double bedroom has a king size double bed with an abundance of wardrobe and cupboard space.

The second bedroom has two single beds and a small wardrobe.

There is a TV in the lounge and both bedrooms.

Pillows and quilts are provided, but NOT bed linen, so please bring your own pillow cases, quilt covers and bottom sheets, unless you wish to hire our bedding packs that can be tailored to suit your requirements.
Prices of bedding packs are as follows :-
King size bedding pack……………..£25
Double ( for the pull out bed)……….£15
Single bedding pack…………………£10 each pack

Towels and tea towels are also NOT provided, so remember to bring them with you.

Bedding packs must be ordered and paid for at the time of your final payment

Small, well-behaved, house trained dogs are welcome, but must not be left alone in the caravan. Please check with us before booking.

Sorry, no cats allowed.

Portable BBQ’s are not allowed to be used on the site, however guests can use the communal BBQ and seating area behind the launderette.

Terms & Conditions

The person hiring the holiday home will be referred to as the client.

A £100 deposit is required to secure your holiday dates.(Should you the client cancel the holiday the deposit paid is non refundable)

A refundable £100 loss/damage deposit will be added to the final amount payable.
This is to cover any possible damage, loss or excess cleaning, but is fully refundable on successful examination of the holiday home following your visit.
Any breakages should be declared and are chargeable to the client.

The outstanding balance including the loss/damage deposit is payable by bank transfer in full six weeks before the holiday start date.

PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING AS THIS IS OUR CONTRACT/AGREEMENT

A £100 deposit for each week is required before any holiday dates are confirmed.
A £100 loss/damage deposit is to be added to the final holiday total, which providing there is no damage or excess cleaning required will be returned within 5 working days of the end date of the holiday.
Please supply your bank details for the return payment.

PLEASE NOTE, By paying your deposit you are also agreeing to our terms and conditions within the contract agreement.

No refund of the deposit or balance will be given in the event of cancellation by the client.

Whilst we allow a pet dog (cats not allowed) on the furniture, please provide throws or blankets to cover and protect the furniture.
Muddy paw prints or excessive pet hair on the carpets or soft furnishings may result in a charge being applied to your loss/damage deposit.

The holiday home is Strictly NO SMOKING OR VAPING in any part of the holiday home.
Any sign of smoking will affect your deposit.

The loss/damage deposit covers ourselves for any damages to our holiday let or its contents or if left in a poor hygienic condition.

DO NOT add any extra people or dogs to what has been agreed on letting the property.

THE CHARGING OF ELECTRIC VEHICLES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED at the holiday home.
Anyone found to be charging the vehicle from the holiday home’s support will be asked to leave without compensation for any time remaining and the loss damage deposit will not be returned within.

In the event of a power cut out of our control, either by the supplier or because of issues on site no refunds or discounts will be given.

Vale holiday parks (the site owners) have taken the stance to ban all XL bully or XL bully types.
All dogs must be kept on a lead when walking around the park.
