Our (PET FRIENDLY) 2007 caravan for hire on Killigarth Manor Holiday Park in Cornwall, benefits from double glazing and central heating throughout, plus a gas fire in the lounge.

The caravan sleeps six people comfortably and has a double bedroom with en-suite, along with a second bedroom with twin beds. An additional double sofa bed is available in the lounge.

All bedding and linen is brand new throughout.

Small pets are allowed at owners discretion and only with prior approval, and are bound by John Fowler site rules for pets allowed on site and an additional £25 per pet (per week) is charged to your booking.

The family bathroom is adjacent to the second bedroom and comprises shower, toilet and wash basin.

The light and spacious lounge offers seating for all the family and a HD TV with Freeview, along with an extensive reading library for all the family.

The kitchen/dining area has all modern facilities, including a microwave oven, gas cooker, fridge and separate freezer, a toaster, coffee machine and kettle.

Outside we have a large, enclosed and private veranda with table and chairs, plus lots of room for recreation and dining al fresco.

Situated away from any roads, our caravan backs directly onto hedgerows and is in a peaceful ‘Owners Only’ area of the park, surrounded by natural countryside and a patchwork quilt of fields that roll gently down to unspoilt beaches just a few minutes away.

A short stroll along country path will find you at Talland Bay and beachside bistro.

Killigarth Manor Park is within easy walking distance of the traditional village of Polperro and a short drive from Looe, where a warm welcome is guaranteed and ‘happy’ is the key word. Here you will find an eclectic range of interesting craft and gift shops, bistros, pubs, cocktail bars and eating houses that provide locally caught fish dishes, local ciders and beers and the famous ‘Pasty Shop’ where pasties to suit every taste are served fresh each day. For Vegetarians or Vegans a short drive to Millendreath Bay and beachside Black Rock Café offers freshly prepared, locally sourced food and a sunset to remember. The Mountaintop Café & Monkey Reserve is aslo Vegan and is a fabulous place to visit for the entire family.

Killigarth Manor Holiday Park provides endless fun activities for the entire family throughout the day and into the evening. For those who enjoy staying fit, the park has a well-equipped gym, fitness health suite and sauna, tennis courts, a large indoor swimming pool and sunbathing deck, plus a children's amusement Fun Zone with under 5's Little Tykes play area. For older children the Next Generation Games Den is the perfect place to capture their interest. A friendly bar and reception within the 17th Century manor house gardens is a place where you can relax at any time.

The Park shop is open daily to provide for your shopping needs and should you fancy a take away you will find that too. For those preferring to eat out, there is an on-site restaurant.

Everything you need to complete your holiday experience is just a short walk from the caravan - not forgetting that in the ‘Owners Only’ area you will not be disturbed by the daily comings and goings of Park life.

The stunning Cornish coast is a nature lover’s paradise, where you can spot rare birds, otters and dolphins - with daily boat trips to take you to hidden secret coves. The Killigarth Nature Observation Centre is now open, where you can find all the information you need to spot local wildlife. Killigarth Manor has received the prestigious Silver David Bellamy Award for Wildlife Conservation and around the site you will find assigned areas for birds, bees, butterflies etc.
