Harlyn Sands Holiday Park allows easy, direct access to Cellars Beach, Boat Bay, Harlyn Bay and Mother Ivey's Bay.

Our beloved luxury caravan at Harlyn Sands offers fabulous ocean and Harlyn Bay views from the living room, extending out to the enclosed wraparound decking area; perfect for outdoor dining or for a relaxing drink whilst taking in the scenery.

For those colder days, the caravan has gas central heating, double glazing and an electric fire with an ambient live flame affect for your comfort.

Our home from home offers a spacious and comfortable lounge area, with a corner sofa (incorporating a pull-out small double bed), a TV, DVD/Blu-ray player and built-in Bluetooth audio sound system enabling you can connect to from your device, allowing you to play your favourite tunes. There’s also a dining area.

The large, well-equipped kitchen has an integrated microwave, washer dryer, full size dishwasher, full oven/grill, four ring gas hob, full size fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster, along with plenty of storage and pantry space, plus ample work surface for meal prep and cook books.

Sleeping up to 6 people (including the sofa bed in the living room) the caravan has 2 bedrooms.

The master bedroom is located to the rear of the caravan, with a king size bed and an en-suite with shower, toilet and hand basin, plus storage units for toiletries. The boiler and central heating system is also located in here. The bedroom has plenty of overbed storage, bedside tables, a drawer unit, double wardrobe and dressing table with large mirror.

The second bedroom has two full size single beds and a single wardrobe.

There is a large family bathroom located in the mid section of the caravan, with a large shower, standard size sink, toilet and mirror with overhead lighting.

The entrance hall has a full height coat and shoe storage cupboard.

The outdoor area is equally well maintained and clean. It has the added benefit of being a platinum hedge row pitch with panoramic ocean and beach views, with an enclosed decking area. There is a charcoal BBQ, outdoor table and 4 chairs. It is situated on a large pitch with ample parking and space to relax on the grass.



Booking T's & C's;

We provide all duvets and pillows for your stay should you wish to use them. All you need to bring is your own bedding/pillowcases, and towels. We do provide hand soaps and washing up liquids, dishwasher/washing machine tablets as well as bathroom floor mats.

Strictly no smoking, vaping or candles are to be be lit/consumed in the caravan at any time. Charging of electric vehicles is NOT permitted. We kindly ask that our caravan is left in the same condition as you found it. Thank you.

Our usual change over day is Saturday, but we are happy to accommodate other dates outside of peak season weeks.

There is a non-refundable deposit of £150 to secure your booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to your stay. We are sorry but there are no refunds/cancellations once the booking has been confirmed and paid in full.

About the Area

Harlyn Sands Holiday Park is a family owned holiday park, offering a wide range of indoor and outdoor entertainment, including a large family fun swimming pool with water slide; children's play area and park; designated enclosed football pitch; clubhouse and bar; restaurant and chip shop/takeaway; convenience store; launderette and amusement arcade.

Harlyn Sands also offer entertainment and a kids’ club.

Some facilities are only available within season, so please check the Harlyn Sands Holiday Park website, or call them first to enquire about the availability of their facilities.

We are blessed to be located in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Entertainment outside of the park can be found on many of the nearby sandy bays and beaches, as well as being a surfers paradise, sea swimmers heaven or scenic walks. Harlyn bay has two lovely café's serving all types of beverages as well as hot and cold food with a large car park. The Harlyn pub and shop is also walking distance from the caravan and is situated near the hump back bridge by Harlyn Bay. There is a surf school offering lessons and equipment hire, kayaking and paddle boarding.

Golfing enthusiasts can enjoy a visit to the famous Trevose Golf Club which is only a 4 minute drive from the holiday park. Massage treatments can be booked through the Golf Club if you are looking for some R&R.

St Merryn village is a 5 minute drive and has a buzzing and inviting vibe. There is a nice selection of trendy restaurants and pubs. There is also a Fish and Chips shop, Chinese Takeaway, Coffee Shop, Cornwall finest bakery, Local Grocery store and Petrol station.

Padstow is 3 miles, Newquay 13 miles and it is a 30 minute drive to the famous Eden Project. There are also theme parks and Bird of Prey centres within a 30-40 minute driving distance.

If you would like to plan your grocery shop ahead of time, you can arrange for a delivery on the day you arrive to the holiday park through the local Tesco supermarket. All you need to do is give them the site postcode and caravan pitch number. They will deliver straight to the door. Please check Padstow Tesco supermarket website to ensure there are available delivery slots prior to your stay.
