Caravan Description
This pet friendly static caravan has full double glazing and central heating and has to be on one of the best pitches available on site, with it being front row at the top of the holiday park and boasting stunning uninterrupted sea views at Crantock Beach Holiday Park.
In the living room we have two and three seater sofas, the three seater also converts into a sofa bed, both facing the sliding patio doors showing the fantastic sea views. The sliding patio doors lead out on to the side gated decking area, where we have a table and four chairs for you to sit, relax and unwind while admiring the view.
We have provided everything that you may need in the kitchen/dining area with plenty of space, built-in units including a cooker, microwave, 70/30 fridge freezer, and a dining table with four chairs.
There are two double bedrooms, the double bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a walk-in wardrobe, and the twin bedroom has two single beds. All beds will be made up ready for your arrival, please let me know if you would prefer to bring your own.
The main bathroom consists of a toilet, sink and a shower. Toilet roll and bin bags are provided.
Situated next to the caravan we have a tarmac parking space that will park up to two cars.
Bookings and Conditions
Bookings are Saturday to Saturday.
We ask for an extra charge of £40 per week for up to 2 dogs.
A returnable security deposit of £100 is taken with each booking. Any damages are to be paid for!
Check in is from 1pm and check out is 10 am at the latest.
We DO NOT accept same sex parties; this is due to park rules.
Gas, electricity and water are included within the rental price.
Under NO circumstances is there to be any EV charging.
Strictly NO smoking OR vaping in the caravan.

About the Area
There are loads of facilities and activities available at Parkdean Resorts’ Crantock Beach Holiday Park in Newquay, Cornwall, including the Wavecrest Bar with food, drink and entertainment available, dogs are also allowed in here, a fish & chip shop, laundrette, fully stocked convenience store, mini golf course, amusement arcade, children’s play area, a dog walking field and a nature reserve.The most special feature is just a short walk away, the direct access to the stunning River Gannel and the beautiful beach, which is patrolled by RNLI lifeguards – a true surfer’s paradise.
The village of Crantock is a short stroll away, with two lovely pubs, both serving food and offering entertainment weekly, a pizza restaurant, fully stocked shop with a Post Office, two churches, and pop-up shops throughout the season.
There are plenty of walks with lovely views from the site, follow the footpath that takes you to Newquay over Gannel. When the tide is out, head over for Polly Joke beach in Holywell Bay to see the seals.
You are just two miles from Newquay, and Truro. 20 minutes away are the surrounding villages of Holywell Bay, Perranporth, ST Agnes, Cubert and Porthtowan.
Special places to visit are The Eden Project, Padstow, ST Ives, Falmouth, these are all within a 30 minute drive.
