402 is a top floor flat in the very well known Carbis Beach Apartments in Carbis Bay. The flats are just moments away from the famous Blue Flag beach, and enjoys spectacular views across St. Ives Bay round to Hayle and Godrevy. These apartments are literally as close as you can get to the beach.
402 Carbis Beach apartments has two bedrooms, one king and one twin, along with two luxurious bathrooms and all the mod cons you would expect.
In the evening, relax on the balcony and watch the sunset. You can sleep with the balcony and bedroom doors open and enjoy the sound of the sea through the night.
402 also provides easy access to Carbis Bay station, which is directly behind our secured, gated complex, and benefits from having its own parking space.
The apartment has been family owned since built and has just come onto the market for periodic lets.
Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay. This is the only apartment in the block that is a direct let as far as I am aware and consequently I can offer much more attractive prices and encourage guests to return without the worry of huge prices.

About the Area
Carbis Bay was made famous in 2021 when the G7 was held at there at the Carbis Bay Hotel. The weather played ball and the intense media focus highlighted the beautiful beach that many were unaware of.Carbis Bay is one of the beaches that make up the bay of St. Ives. This starts in St.Ives and includes the beaches of Porthminster, Carbis Bay, Porthkidney, Gwythian, Mexican Towans and Godrevy. Each one of these beaches is either walking distance or easily accessible and each one has its own unique charm.
Carbis Bay is a small residential area made famous by the beach. The nearest entertainment facilities are the Hotel which is a short 5 minute walk down the hill. There is a fine dining restaurant called "Ugly Butterfly" plus bar and beach food facilities. The Hotel itself has an excellent spa which is available to non-residents.
Travel wise, Carbis Bay is ideally situated between St. Ives and Hayle with easy access to the A30 towards Penzance and Lands End as well as heading east towards Perranporth and Newquay.

Just a short drive from iconic St Ives, the seaside village of Carbis Bay is best-known for its beautiful stretch of pure white sand. With turquoise waters and sheltered conditions, the beach feels almost subtropical and is the perfect spot for a good old-fashioned day by the sea. The beach is also home to the Ocean Sports Centre, so if sunbathing is not really your thing, why not hire a kayak or SUP and get out on the water instead. Or why not treat yourself to a Spa day at the delightful hotel which overlooks the beach and has a fabulous terrace where cocktails can be enjoyed in the Cornish sunshine?
The train journey from Carbis Bay into St Ives is perhaps one of the most beautiful in the country; St Ives additionally makes for a great day out, with plenty of galleries to explore. The quayside town of Hayle also isn't far and is home to activities for the all the family, including a golf and a wildlife sanctuary.
