Caravan Description
Gilliflower is a self-catering caravan, situated on a small farm, adjacent to the ancient village of Gwennap; home of the famous Williams family, “a mining dynasty”.
The accommodation comprises of a lounge area, kitchen/dining area, 3 bedrooms (1 double plus 2 with twin 2ft 3in beds) plus shower room with WC. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a full size gas cooker, microwave and fridge.
The caravan has double glazing and central heating, making it suitable for short breaks out of season.
This cosy 12ft x 37ft, 6-berth caravan is sited in its own area, which has stunning views over a wooded valley; ideal for anyone wanting to enjoy the peace and quiet of country life, with plenty of open space. It has direct access to a public footpath for leisurely strolls or dog walking.
Please note we supply bed linen only. Please bring your own towels.

Centrally situated between Truro, Falmouth and St Ives this is a perfect spot to relax after a visit to the beach, one of the amazing gardens or one of Cornwall’s many other holiday attractions.
You can escape the hurly-burly of Cornwall and recharge your batteries ready to venture out again tomorrow.
The farm is adjacent to Trevince Estate Gardens and only 15 minutes’ drive from Trelissick Gardens.
Trebah Gardens are 20 minutes’ away. 15 to 20 minutes will take you to Portreath or Porthtowan Beach (north coast) and Swanpool (Falmouth) or Maenporth Beach (south coast).
Gilliflower is within an easy day trip distance of most towns, resorts and attractions from Land’s End and the Minack Theatre to the south and The Eden Project to the east. Flambards, Seal Sanctuary, Paradise Park & Newquay Zoo are all within 30 minutes’ drive at the adjoining hamlet of Comford, 10 minutes’ walk from Gilliflower, you will find the Fox and Hounds. This dog friendly pub is renowned for its food and Cornish ales and this year it has opened a Roskillys Ice Cream Parlour.
Village shops can be found in Lanner and Ponsanooth (5 minutes’ drive) and major supermarkets in Redruth and Penryn both a 10 minutes’ drive away.
