Beautiful holiday chalet for hire, set in a mature 1.5 acre garden on our own private land, offering a peaceful getaway in this perfect central location just 7 miles from both the north and south coasts of Cornwall and its beautiful beaches.
The chalet has a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one large double with en-suite and one small double), a comfortable lounge with sofa bed, and a bathroom with full size bath.

This is a perfect central location; 7 miles from the south coast and 7 miles from the north coast of Cornwall and its beautiful beaches. It’s also just 8 miles from the ancient city of Truro, 8 miles from the busy town of Newquay, and within striking distance of all that Cornwall as to offer.
There is a retail park 1.5 miles away at Fraddon, boasting a large Marks & Spencer’s with coffee shop, Boots, T.K. Maxx, Mountain, Warehouse and Next. There’s also a Cook House bar & restaurant and McDonald’s.
In the village of Fraddon itself, there is a fish and chip restaurant with take away; a Chinese restaurant with take away and delivery service; a pizza/burger/kebab take away with delivery service; and the Blue Anchor pub, serving traditional pub grub.
