Caravan Description
Our caravan is located on our own private land in a rural location , on the edge of woods and surrounded by beautiful gardens and views overlooking the valley.
The caravan comprises of one double bedroom and one twin room. All linen is included.
The bathroom contains a shower, flush toilet and hand basin.
Within the kitchen there is a gas cooker, sink with hot and cold water, fridge, microwave, cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils etc.
In the lounge you will find a gas heater, TV, DVD player and a selection of DVDs.
Outside we have decking area with table and chairs. There is also a large garden surrounding the caravan and another garden further on with pigs, chickens and beautiful views. Plenty of car parking space is available.
Short and flexible breaks available and an additional room in main house if required.
Arrival pack available at an additional cost.

About the Area
The caravan is conveniently situated for touring or a restful holiday and is located between the market town of St Austell and the popular resort of Fowey.Local services can be found 1/4 of a mile away and the local pub is just a 10 minute walk.
Approximately 5 minutes drive away is the Eden Project, and two nice sandy beaches can also be found within a 5 minute drive; Polkerris and Par.
The popular resort of Fowey is just 10 minute drive, where you will find lovely walks, nice shops, boat trips and boat hire, plus restaurants and pubs.
Other places of interest include Lanhydrock House (15 minute drive), Lost Gardens of Heligan (25 minute drive) and the ancient town of Lostwithiel (10 minute drive) where you will find golf, restaurants, pubs and river walks.
