Our 4 Bed/3 Bath well maintained holiday Cottages offer contemporary, comfortable and spacious, open plan accommodation at Atlantic Reach Resort, but are privately owned.

They are ideal for families and friends any time of the year.

These self-catering Cottages were built around 2005 to a high specification. They each include central heating or Economy 7 night storage heating and double glazing.

Each Cottage has 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms:
1 Master Bedroom with Kingsize Bed with en-suite and smart tv in Cottages 34 and 35.
2 Bedrooms with Double Beds
1 Bedroom with Twin Beds

Having a double bedroom and shower room/WC on the ground floor, our Cottages are particularly suitable for those with limited mobility.

PLEASE NOTE: Our Cottages are Privately owned and managed and are Affiliated so guests can enjoy the benefits of the Resort's on site facilities.

Prices include leisure passes including access to seasonal entertainment.

Prices quoted are to sleep up to 8 guests. We can accommodate up to a maximum of 10 guests at an additional cost.- Please enquire.

Bed Linen is provided and fitted. Please bring your own towels.

There is ample communal free on-site parking.

Free Wi-Fi is available in our Cottages and the Resort's Reception and Cafe area.
There is also a good mobile signal in the area.

Some of the facilities or activities listed may only be available during peak period. Please enquire when booking.

Groups of young people under 30/Hen/Stag parties are not allowed by the Resort.

Our Cottages are strictly Pet Free and Non Smoking

Terms and Conditions:

30% deposit required to confirm booking plus £25.00 booking fee.

Full balance including £150.00 Returnable Security Deposit is payable 6 weeks (42 days) before arrival date. Non payment of balance by the due date will be deemed a cancellation by the holiday maker and any deposit payments forfeited.

Holidaymakers who cancel at least 70 days before check-in will get back 75% of the amount that they've paid, less the booking fee.

If they cancel between 30 and 70 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%, less the booking fee. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

We would strongly advise you to take out your own independent insurance policy for cancellations etc.,
