Chalet Description

Curlews Nest (Chalet 179) is set within 27 acres of grassed parkland on Atlantic Bays Holiday Park, near Padstow in Cornwall, with plenty of space between the chalets.

There is ample free parking in the designated areas.

Outside Curlews Nest on Atlantic Bays Holiday Park, is a decked area with a large picnic table, which is ideal for alfresco dining

Please be aware that smoking is not permitted in the chalet or on the decked area.

The kitchen has modern units and is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, ‘fridge, washing machine, microwave oven etc. There is a dining table with four chairs and enough cutlery, crockery and glasses for four people.

In the lounge area there is a three seat sofa and a chair, a wall mounted TV/DVD player. Heating is provided by two oil filled radiators. There is a selection of Ordnance Survey maps and books with walks for most abilities which are available to borrow.

There are two bedrooms, one with a standard double bed and one with twin beds. Both rooms have a wardrobe and a small chest of drawers. There are also bedside tables and lamps and a hair dryer. Pillows and duvets are provided as is bed linen and towels.

The fully tiled bathroom has a shower cubicle, wash basin, toilet, heated towel rail and underfloor heating.
Wi-fi is available for a charge payable to the Site Owners

Location

On the Atlantic Bays Holiday Park there is a small shop and laundry. The chalet owners cannot be held responsible for the non-availability of any of the site facilities.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed due to site rules.

Terms & Conditions

All bookings are Saturday to Saturday during the High season (July-August) Minimum of 4 nights at other times. Please contact us.
Arrival time is after 5.00pm
Departure time 10.00am

We only accept bookings from persons aged 18 or over.
As Atlantic Bays only cater for families and couples we reserve the right to
refuse bookings from single sex groups or groups of young adults.
Smoking is not permitted in the chalet or on the decked area.
Bbq's are only permitted in the designated area and not near the chalets.
No pets are allowed in the chalet.
The chalet is to be used only for the purpose of holiday accommodation

A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. This is non-refundable.
The balance will be due eight weeks before the start date of the booking.
Full payment will be required for any bookings made within eight weeks of the
start date.
Any cancellations must be made in writing.

Refund Policy: Cancellations made between eight weeks and one week prior to the
commencement of the holiday will attract a 50% levy. Cancellations made one week prior to the commencement
of the holiday will attract a 100% levy.

We will attempt to re-let the chalet for the cancelled period. If we do, then we will refund any monies paid less a
£30 administration charge.
We will only cancel your booking due to situations beyond our control. In such
circumstances we will inform you as soon as is practicable and refund all monies paid.
We will only be liable for any payments made to us.

Please ensure the following
That the chalet and its contents are treated with respect.
When leaving that the door is locked and the key is placed back in the key box and it is locked.
Please leave all used towels in the shower.

Any damage or breakages are reported immediately
Please arrive after the stated time and leave by the stated time.

We will furnish you with a clean and comfortable chalet and make every provision to
ensure that all contents and fittings are as described and are in working order.
Please leave the chalet as you would wish to find it.

There is a list of Site rules in the chalet.

No liability will be accepted by us for loss, personal injury, damage or theft of your
belongings or property however caused.
