It offers quality furnishings, including an Ekornes Stressless leather suite in the lounge,with all seats reclining so you can relax.
Bedroom one has a king size bed and en-suite, with bedroom two having two 3’ beds). Both bedrooms have plenty of storage in fitted wardrobes.
There are two bathrooms, one being an en-suite shower room to the main bedroom, and one family bathrooms with shower.
The fully fitted oak kitchen is equipped with two fridges, a dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, induction hob and built-under double electric oven, plus a microwave.
We provide a ‘Welcome Pack’ for your convenience.
Outside we have a private, fenced side garden with sea views and garden furniture, plus parking on a gravel drive to the rear of property.
It is possible for our guests to use the holiday park's tennis court ( £10 refundable deposit to obtain key to tennis court).
During the season from May to September, guests may purchase a day or week pass from the park office, which allows access to the heated outdoor swimming pool with lifeguard and loungers. This pass also allows entry to the park clubhouse, which has sea views over the Solent, plus an evening entertainment programme at weekends (2018 weekly charge was £60 for a family of 2 adults/ 2 children).
Access to our property is via Hook Village and along a mile-long country lane, used by walkers, cyclists and horse riders wanting to enjoy this unspoiled part of the Hampshire coastline. It is a 15mph lane with 19 speed bumps leading to the holiday park and access to our brick-built holiday home.
One guest said the views far exceeded their expectations and we have many repeat bookings.

If you love sea views and watching the yachts and ships (lots of marine apps to use so you can track the ships) you won't be disappointed with Solent Shores, with its breathtaking sunrise and sunsets over the water.
We are situated on the shores of the Solent with amazing sea views, sitting on the perimeter of a small holiday park that’s surrounded by countryside, between Southampton and Fareham in Hampshire.
Just two minutes away is a pebbly beach with access via slipway, which is great for launching dinghies, canoes and sail boards.
Solent Shores is a perfect holiday base in a real holiday home, which is finished to a very high standard. Relax and enjoy walking the famous Solent Way, which stretches for miles along our adjacent country tracks, beach and cliffs.
There’s lots to see and visit in the local area, with Portsmouth’s historic Naval Dockyard and HMS Victory, Warrior and Mary Rose. There’s also the New Forest, Beaulieu Motor Museum, Paultons Park etc…… the list is endless.
