Welcome to L & J Prestige caravan, we have a 3 bedroom caravan with 6ft of decking and tarmac car space, only a short walk away from the main complex and all amenities and have been owners for seven years.
Our caravan is a 2018 Swift Provence , The caravan is located on Lagoon Close. The close has no through road, making this a quiet yet convenient location within a five minute walk to all amenities,
Our holiday home is modern and stylish with double glazing and central heating throughout, an open plan living area which includes 2 free standing sofas and a clever coffee table that has extra seating stored within, providing ample seating for the whole family, there is a wall mounted electric fire with flame affect, a 40" TV, DVD player, and a Bluetooth speaker, the lounge has patio doors which open onto a 6 ft decking area, this has a table and chairs where you can enjoy the lovely view over the park.
The spacious modern kitchen comes complete with all the added extras you expect from a luxury holiday home, gas hob and oven, kettle, toaster, large fridge / freezer, microwave/oven grill, iron,/ ironing board, vacuum cleaner and all kitchen utensils and crockery - Table to seat six, two of the chairs are folding.
There are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has an en-suite toilet and wash basin, a dressing table, a television, plus hair dryer and plenty of storage space. There are 2 twin bedrooms, again with wardrobe and bedside cupboards.
All bedrooms have duvets and pillow. For hygiene reasons you must provide your own mattress protecters, duvet covers, sheets and pillow cases.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin, plus a mirrored cupboard,You must provide your own towels,
Outside we have a tarmac parking space, 3 steps leading up to the holiday home, along with a large grassed area where the children can play safely. There is also a round wooden picnic table to seat 6.

How to Book
Our holiday home can be reserved for a £100 non-refundable deposit. The balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. Payment can either be by cheque or direct bank transfer.
A £100 security deposit is also required. This will be returned to you within 7 days of your departure after cleaning and inspection by ourselves and everything found to be in order.
Please note this holiday home is strictly a NO SMOKING / VAPING & NO PETS holiday home.
Please note: We do not accept bookings from same sex groups.
