This 8 berth, family static caravan is privately owned and situated at 44 The Grange Caravan Park in Ingoldmells. This is a stunning caravan located on a spacious and quiet plot, within walking distance of the main attractions.
The caravan has recently been modernised and has new flooring throughout, along with electrical heating throughout. It comprises:
Within the lounge is a gas fire and electric heater, a 32" Freeview LCD TV, DVD player with a selection of films, Bluetooth radio and a Sky dish (own sky box and viewing card required) to keep both the adults and children entertained. Amenities in the kitchen include a gas oven and hob, full size fridge and counter top freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, plus all essential kitchen utensils. The kitchen has recently been tiled and modernised.
Master bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes, electric heater and 32" Freeview TV. Two twin rooms, each with wardrobe storage and a fold away bed when not needed. A travel cot and highchair are also available.
Duvets and pillows are provided, but you will need to provide your own duvet cover, linen and towels.
Large shower room with large shower (recently updated), complete with full sink and heated towel rail
Separate to the bathroom, with a small wash basin and toilet.
Outside we have a large wooden decking area with outside lighting and a gate, along with a table and chairs. It overlooks the large grassed area in front of the caravan and can be accessed via external doors.
A carbon monoxide alarm, smoke alarms and fire extinguisher have been installed in the caravan for your safety and peace of mind.
There is ample parking at the side of the caravan.
Bookings & Conditions
A non-refundable £50 deposit must be paid to secure your date, which will come off the full price. Also required is a £50 bond, which will be added onto your booking. This will be returned following your departure, as long as the caravan has been left clean and tidy with no damage, breakages or missing items.
This is a Family site, so we are unable to accept same sex parties.
Sorry, no pets and no smoking allowed, although you can smoke outside on the
veranda, but please use ashtrays.
Ingoldmells has plenty to keep any family entertained. Within walking distance is Fantasy Island and the large Ingoldmells market, along with a large variety of pubs, shops and amusements.
There is also a small local Tesco on the edge of the caravan site with a free cash machine. The beach is about 10-15 minute walk from the caravan.
There are also many other towns to visit nearby, with Skegness, Chapel St Leonards and Mablethorpe being the closest.
