Caravan Description
Our luxury caravan to let on Southview Leisure Park in Skegness is a Willerby Granada with full central heating and double glazing.
It is a 2 bedroom, 6 berth caravan in the sought after and prestigious Sunrise area of the park, which is only a 2 minute walk from the leisure centre, yet set in a private and peaceful location.
Amenities within the caravan include a 30" LCD Freeview TV and DVD player, a microwave, toaster, oven and hob, an iron and ironing board, hairdryer and other appliances for your convenience.
The caravan comprises one double bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and ‘Jack and Jill’ bathroom, one twin bedroom, and a double pull-out bed in the lounge area. Quilts and pillows are provided, but you will need to provide your own linen and towels.
The bathroom comprises a vanity sink, flush toilet and large walk-in shower.
There is no need to change any gas bottles as utilities (water, gas and electric) are all supplied directly into the caravan.
Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors are also installed with safety in mind.
Free Wi-Fi is available in communal areas of the park.
Car parking is available for 2 cars.
Bookings and Conditions:
No female or male parties are allowed (site rules)
Passes are not included in the price
A non refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure any booking
We also require a £50 security bond you can pay with the balance. This will be refunded after your holiday, providing the caravan has been left clean. tidy and in good order, with no breakages, loss or damage.
Check in is 2pm and you will need to check out by 10am on the day of your departure. Other times can be arranged but only by special request.
