Our spacious, 37x12 Willerby Rio caravan is beautifully kept and well equipped, and located close to all amenities on the 5* award winning Rockley Park, on Sunset View.

Double glazing and central heating make our caravan warm and cosy for your early and late season bookings.

There is one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, with plenty of hanging and drawer space. The beds in one twin room can be pushed together to make another double if required.

There is a shower room with WC and wash hand basin, along with a separate WC for convenience.

The lounge has plentiful seating, with a flat screen TV/DVD, CD player and Freeview. A separate dining area seats up to 6 comfortably.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a toaster, microwave and standard size gas cooker with hob.

About the Area

Rockley Park has many amenities including a new spa. It also boasts a shop, launderette, play areas, heated outdoor and indoor swimming pools (with flume and slide), football/basketball court, outdoor all weather bowls green, tennis courts, climbing wall, crazy golf, mini fencing, football coaching and archery (charges apply for some of these amenities, payable on site). There is also Rockley point sailing school at the beach where you can try out some water sports and also do a spot of fishing.

Also on site is a restaurant and a takeaway as well as 2 licensed bars. Live entertainment is provided every night, with children's entertainment and clubs throughout the day.

Please note that some of the above will require a pass, which is available to purchase from Reception on arrival at £22 per adult and £11 per child over 4 (prices correct at September 2015).
