Welcome to our family owned caravan. This is classed as a Gold standard caravan in excellent condition. This is based on the private owners area of the John Fowler resort of Killigarth Manor Holiday Park , in the beautiful area of Polperro, Cornwall.
This lovely two bedroom static caravan can sleep up to six people.It is in excellent condition and situated on a well-maintained resort . An added bonus is that you can also use all the facilities of Killigarth’s sister park, Trelawne Manor, at no extra charge.
Killigarth Manor Holiday Park was awarded ‘Certificate of Excellence’ by Trip Advisor in 2017.
It is in a perfect location with stunning country views and just a twenty minute walk either via a coastal path or through the park will take you down to Polperro village. In the other direction you can walk the costal path to Looe. It is a longer walk around 5 miles but definitely worthwhile. In addition, Talland Bay beach cafe Is just a twenty minute walk away, where you can enjoy sea views whilst having lunch and having fun in the sea at the small cove. Smugglers rest is another lovely place to eat , it is another five minutes walk past Talland bay. It also has a small beach area .
And of course it is a great base for you to explore other parts of Cornwall .
The caravan is in excellent condition, with double glazing and mains gas central heating, it is spacious and well equipped for your stay.
It has two bedrooms but can also sleep two on the pull out bed in the living room . It offers plenty of storage and a gated, south-facing, wraparound decking area with patio table chairs which is perfect for relaxing and outside dining.
In the kitchen is a full size integrated dishwasher; full size cooker; full size integrated fridge freezer; microwave; kettle and toaster; crockery, cutlery and utensils etc. It also has a dining table and chairs.
Within the living room is a comfortable sofa and arm chairs, with sofa converting into a double bed, an electric fire, flat screen 37” TV situated on a swivel unit, which can be moved to enable you to watch from the living room or dining table. A PlayStation 3 console with various games and DVD s . French doors lead out to a wrap around private decking with plenty of space for outside dining.
With a king size bed, plenty of storage, 19” flat screen TV, radiator and en-suite toilet.
With two single beds, wardrobe and drawer storage, plus a radiator.
The good size bathroom has a large shower, basin, WC and plenty of storage.
No smoking permitted

Gas and electric costs are included in the rental price.
There is no charge for use of the park facilities at either park . The park reception will issue you wrist bands to wear during your stay as a visual to staff that you are guests .
Duvet and pillows are provided . PLEASE BRING OWN SHEETS, DUVETS COVERS , PILLOW CASES AND TOWELS. . The site does have laundry facilities if required which is located in a laundry block .
Tea towels, dish cloths are provided.
£50 deposit non refundable deposit to be paided on booking.
Full payment due 4 weeks prior to arrival .
A damage deposit of £75 will be required however this will be returned to you in full within one week of your departure of caravan if no damage.
Payment to be made via bank transfer.
Arrival from 3 pm .
Departure 11 am .
Killigarth Manor Holiday Park is a well-maintained, family run park set in lovely, well-maintained grounds. There is plenty of green space and easy access to coastal paths leading to Poleprro, Looe and Talland Bay.
The park itself has great facilities including:

You will also have use of facilities at Trelawne Manor.
This is a beautiful location, close to many of Cornwall’s attractions.
Polperro is an unspoilt fishing village, with pretty cottages and quaint cafés where you can enjoy a Cornish cream tea. With unique shops and a picturesque harbour it is a popular place to visit.
Looe is a small coastal town, which is a favourite holiday destination. Looe has a pretty sandy beach with a great fish and chip shop; perfect for those British seaside suppers. Popular crabbing takes place at the quayside
Talland Bay is a small bay with many rock pools; a lovely place to spend afternoons or early evenings.
The Eden Project is a very popular attraction just a 35 minute drive away, which is perfect for a family day out all year round.
Adrenaline Quarry is an exciting day out too, with zip wire, giant swing, karting, wipeout at Aqua park - 25 minutes away.
The Monkey Sanctuary, home to 36 monkeys with an active rescue centre, gardens and wildlife area - 20 minute drive.
Newquay, famous for its sandy beaches, great surf and relaxed seaside holidays is just a 50 minute drive away.
