Caravan Description
Welcome to our pet friendly holiday home from home on Liskey Hill Caravan Park in Cornwall, offering double glazing and central heating, so just as comfortable out of season.
The caravan is very cosy with a large open plan living area providing ample wraparound seating and complete with a TV/DVD, coffee table and gas fire.
The dining area is separate from the lounge and includes a table and ample seating.
The kitchen is complete with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and toaster, and is adequately stocked with crockery, pans and cutlery etc. There’s also an iron, ironing board and airer.
Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits will be provided for your arrival.
There are 3 bedrooms, the first being a double, plus two spacious twin rooms. All bedrooms have ample storage and wardrobe space.
The bathroom is complete with walk-in shower and hand basin. The WC is completely separate from the bathroom, also with a hand basin.
The caravan has double glazing and central heating, plus a large decking with garden furniture; safely secured with a hinged gate.
Bookings & Conditions
We are pet friendly, but NO smoking is allowed.
No same sex parties (with the exception of family i.e. grandma, mother, sister etc.)
The deposit required to book your holiday is £100 which is non-refundable. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to your stay.
We also ask for a £50 retainer, which is totally refundable providing the caravan is left cleaned (as found) and without no loss, damage or breakages.

Liskey Hill Caravan Park is located in Perranporth, Cornwall. On site facilities include:

Places to visit nearby include Perranporth beach, which is roughly a 15 minute walk from the Patk. It’s a beautiful 3 mile long beach that’s world famous for surfers and for people that enjoy cliff top walks as it offers amazing scenery.
Perranporth town is a 10 minute walk from the Park, where you will find many shops, restaurants and pubs that are dog friendly.
There are also many interesting places to visit within a few miles of Perranporth, many of which are advertised in pamphlets in nearby pubs and shops. Some of these include: Healey's Cider Farm; Holywell Bay; Perranporth surf school; Perranporth golf course; The Watering Hole on Perranporth beach; Newquay town centre; The Oasis fun pool in Newquay; Truro town and cathedral.
