Luxury, 3 bedroom ABI Clarendon 40ft x 13ft holiday home to let on Haven’s Perran Sands Holiday Park, offering style, space and luxury with magnificent sea views over the bay.
It is situated on an end plot on Chy-an-mor and is close to the footpath leading to the beach and complex making it an ideal location.
It is fully double glazed, with central heating in all rooms, making it a comfortable home for all seasons.
Lounge - Modern style with contemporary colours includes plenty of seating, flat screen 40” TV/DVD, coffee table, storage unit, electric fire, USB charger and bluetooth sound system. Patio doors also lead out to a large, gated decked veranda.
Kitchen/Dining area - Designed to a high standard with modern appliances including gas cooker with 4 burner hob and extractor fan, integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, integrated microwave, plenty of worktop and cupboard space & free-standing dining table with chairs.
Entrance/Hall – Practical coat rack and shoe storage area.
Bedrooms - The accommodation has 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom which is very spacious has a lift up double bed, fitted wardrobe and cupboards, 22” TV/DVD, USB charger, dressing table and en-suite with w/c and sink. There are a further 2 bedrooms which have twin beds, USB charger, fitted wardrobes and cupboards all designed to the highest specification. All bedrooms are supplied with duvets and pillows.
Bathroom - Luxury bathroom has a fully fitted double shower, toilet and modern sink with plenty of cupboard space for towels and toiletries.
Sun Veranda - Large wrap around gated decking area giving spectacular views over the bay and coast line with patio furniture to enjoy el fresco dining.
Parking - There is ample parking to the side of the property.
There is a maximum occupancy of 6 people (including children) and cannot be exceeded due to safety reasons.
Strictly NO smoking or pets are allowed in the caravan.
Entertainment passes are NOT included and must be purchased direct through Haven.
In line with Haven policy we are unable to accept groups of the same sex and parties under the age of 25.
Bed linen is NOT provided, but can be rented from the Haven hire shop, along with travel cots and high chairs. Please bring your own towels, tea towels, washing up liquid, toilet paper etc.
A £150 deposit is required within 7 days of booking to reserve your dates. This is then held as a security bond against any damage incurred and refunded after your stay.
The balance of your holiday cost is payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. If we have not received it by then your booking will be void. A reminder will be sent.
Holidays booked less than 8 weeks in advance will require full payment at the time of booking.
Please Note: The £150 security bond is not included in the prices quoted.
Perran Sands Holiday Park is located on the north coast of Cornwall with over 500 acres of sand dunes and has direct access to 3 miles of a sandy beach.
The park provides a large entertainment complex with shows, cabarets and live music. It also offers all weather sports courts, children's clubs, adventure golf, outside playground, sporting activities, kart hire, roller blading, surfing lessons, amusement arcade and heated inside and outside pools with flume, also new for 2018 is a lazy river. The complex has a gift shop, cashpoints, Surf Bay café/restaurant, Terrace bar, Cook's fish and chip shop, Papa John's Pizza, a convenience store, pic n paint pottery, hire shop, launderette and golf club (next door).
Entertainment/Leisure passes are not included in the hire of the caravan, but are available from reception at an extra cost.
There is plenty to explore locally with Newquay, Perranporth and Truro close by. Other attractions include the Eden Project, Lands End, Flambards Theme Park, Newquay Zoo, Blue Reef Aquarium, Holywell Bay, Lappa Valley Steam Railway, The lost gardens of Heligan and many more.
