Caravan Description
Our much loved holiday home for hire at Ladram Bay Holiday Park, is a 3'5x12' Willerby Lymington, 2 bedroom, double glazed model with warm air heating and large decking to the front and side, plus private parking.
It has one master double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom, one twin bedded room and a fold-out bed in the lounge.
The holiday home is fully equipped and includes a 40" Freeview TV, DVD player with loads of films, a PlayStation 2 with games, and a a selection of board games and books.
There are new oil heaters for extra warmth.
Outside there is patio table, chairs, parasol, sun loungers rattan bistro set, pick nick table and gas BBQ. You have your own parking space right beside the caravan.
Gas electric evening entertainment kids clubs is included in price.
1 small dog welcome
All guests are welcomed in and out by us as a personal touch at 1pm and the caravan is cleaned by us every time.
We supply all pillows and duvets and tea towels but please bring your own bed linen and towels.
Located in a quiet section of owners only caravans, with our own entrance barrier, it's in a sunny spot and quite level with a partial sea view.
Ladram Bay is an award winning family park, voted yet again for a 'Diamond Award' in 2022.
It has everything you need for a relaxing family holiday, with its own private beach, kids' clubs with Ozzie the otter and Pickles the parrot, an amusement arcade, adventure golf, beach shack, shop, launderette, soft play, outside adventure playground, dog agility park fish and chip takeaway and restaurant boat and kayak hire new art and craft studio and crazi bugz electric buggies.
Eat inside or outside on the sea view Pebbles balcony restaurant have a drink in the Waves bar then take your seat for the nightly show in the Waves nightclub.
There's also a new swimming complex with Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and gym plus an outside water splash zone Pass will be required from reception at extra cost.
I accept cheque or direct payment into the bank, pay by installments, £70 deposit balance due 28 days before arrival.
