Caravan Description

Caravan 159 is our privately owned Willerby Salsa, 35’x12’ holiday home for hire on Butlin’s Resort Minehead, complete with double glazing and central heating.

Our Butlin’s Minehead caravan for hire, has 3 bedrooms, a shower room with toilet, and an additional toilet.

The caravan is situated within the Butlin’s Resort in Minehead and is maintained to a very high standard by us personally.

It’s a spacious holiday home which has central heating and double glazing throughout, plus a panoramic window to the front.

There are smoke alarms and a carbon monoxide alarm fitted for your safety and peace of mind, and appliances are Gas Safe tested.

We are ideally situated at the front of the caravan park, just by the lake, and with the enclosed decking, it’s perfect if you have children in your party.

Please Note: We DO NOT allow any pets in the caravan. However, we do have a small dog who on rare occasions visits the caravan, so those with dog allergies may be best not to book this caravan. That said, on the few occasions our dog does visit, the caravan is always deep cleaned, including full carpet shampoo.



Caravan Facilities

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully fitted with a 3/4 sized fridge/freezer (bigger than typical caravan units), microwave oven, full size cooker, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, along with a full inventory of utensils, crockery, cutlery etc. In fact, it’s a real home from home.

Dining Area: Dining table with 4 chair sofa and 2 stools.

Living Area: In the living area there is an electric fire, 32" flat screen Freeview TV with DVD player, a PS3 and a mini hi-fi system. The large seating area incorporates a fold-out double bed. There is also a panoramic window.

Bedrooms: There are 3 bedrooms - 1 double with fitted wardrobe with drawers, a mirror and storage under the bed, plus 2 twin rooms, each with a fitted wardrobe and mirror. There is also an extra pull-out bed in lounge.

Shower Room: Shower with enclosure, toilet, wash basin, cupboards and mirror.

Additional Toilet: Toilet, hand and mirror.

Outside: Outside is a brand new, large area of decking for this season, plus a large, designated car parking space right next to the caravan (end space). Additional cars can be parked in the main car park once they have been unloaded. The decking area now also features a large wooden table and chairs.

You are also welcome to have a BBQ outside. However, this MUST be done off and away from the new decking.
