Caravan Description
Everglade/Baysdale 12’ x to 36’ 2 & 3 bedroom caravans (only 2 on farm) Situated in a quiet rural location with stunning views over open countryside, on our own private land. The farm is also a private horse livery yard so there are always plenty of horses and ponies to look at. There is direct access to miles of footpaths and bridleways.
The spacious accommodation consists of 2 or 3 bedrooms, 1 double bedroom and 1or 2 twin bedroom. Perfect for up to 4 or 6 guests.
The bathroom has a spacious shower, wash basin and WC.
The living area has a large comfortable sofa, a large flat screen TV, DVD player. There is a dining area with table & chairs.
The kitchen is fully fitted and has a full size gas cooker with oven, grill and hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle etc.
Outside there is an enclosed, private and sunny garden with table and chairs, a larger communal garden with BBQ and trampoline is also available for guests to use. A heated shallow (1.2m deep) swimming pool is available for guests to use from May to September and there are swings etc. for younger children.
A selection of books, board games and dvd are available for guests to use.

About the Area
Godshill is picturesque village, which is a few minutes by car from our farm. There are some great family pubs such as The Taveners for great food and The Griifin, which has good family dining, a maze and children's play area.There are safe sandy beaches at Shanklin, Sandown and Ryde to name a few, along with miles of footpaths on our doorstep.
Horse riding is available in Godshill and golf, fishing and other sports are available nearby.
There lots of places to visit either by car or by bus; the nearest bus stop is 3 minutes from the farm with buses every 15 minutes.
There is a small shop just 2 minutes’ walk from the farm, which stocks milk, bread, newspapers and other basic supplies. The are also several supermarkets nearby, including Morrisons, Aldi & Lidl. Tesco, Sainsburys & Waitrose operate home delivery if required.
