Welcome to our luxurious gold standard caravan located at 38 Wild Flower Meadow within Haven's Primrose Valley Holiday Park.

Our caravan is a 3 bedroom 42' x 14' ABI Sailmaker, designed with modern style and high-quality finishes. It comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and includes double glazing and piped gas central heating for a warm, cozy stay.

Our caravan is perfectly situated at the front of the site in a premium, tranquil location. From here, you can enjoy stunning, uninterrupted panoramic sea views.

With sliding patio doors opening onto an attached balcony and dedicated parking, our caravan is the perfect choice for a family getaway. It's also conveniently located near safe play areas at the front and side, and is within close proximity to all site amenities.

The caravan’s layout optimizes every inch of interior space. Its spacious lounge is a highlight, offering plenty of comfortable seating and a 55" Smart QLED TV with games console and connected DVD/VHS player in case anyone has any old VHS videos they’d like to catch up on! You can also stream music directly from your devices using the integrated Bluetooth speakers.

A cozy dining area with a table and upholstered chairs is conveniently located next to the kitchen. The kitchen is beautifully fitted and comes fully equipped with an integrated gas oven, separate grill, gas hob, microwave and dishwasher. Ninja air fryer, toaster, kettle, and a large fridge with a 3-drawer freezer, ensuring you have everything you need for your stay.

The roomy main bedroom comes with an en-suite WC and basin, a double bed with overhead lighting, a fitted wardrobe, a dressing table, hair dryer, and a Freeview 43" TV/DVD. The two twin bedrooms each have a TV (1 with a DVD), wardrobe and storage space. All duvets, pillows, bed linen, and towels are provided, with beds made up before your arrival.

The shower room features a double cubicle and power shower, WC, wash basin, and shaver point.

Outside, you will find adjoining wrap around decking, a patio, and a garden with external lighting and patio furniture.

Additional items provided for your convenience include a baby’s high chair and travel cot, bed guard and safety gate, iron and ironing board, several books, and DVDs, a vacuum, sweeping brush, mop and bucket, clothes airer, torch, and First Aid Box.

General Booking Conditions:
A non-refundable deposit of £75 will be required to secure your booking along with a completed online booking form.

The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to your holiday.

Keys will be accessible via a key safe located at the caravan to eliminate any waiting at reception.

Gas, electricity, and water are included in the rental price.

You will need to bring your own toiletries and personal items.

FunWorks passes are NOT included in our rental prices.
