Welcome to our luxurious gold standard caravan located at 38 Wild Flower Meadow within Haven's Primrose Valley Holiday Park.

Our caravan is a 3 bedroom 42' x 14' ABI Sailmaker, designed with modern style and high-quality finishes. It comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and includes double glazing and piped gas central heating for a warm, cozy stay.

Our caravan is perfectly situated at the front of the site in a premium, tranquil location. From here, you can enjoy stunning, uninterrupted panoramic sea views.

With sliding patio doors opening onto an attached balcony and dedicated parking, our caravan is the perfect choice for a family getaway. It's also conveniently located near safe play areas at the front and side, and is within close proximity to all site amenities.

The caravan’s layout optimizes every inch of interior space. Its spacious lounge is a highlight, offering plenty of comfortable seating and a 55" Smart QLED TV with games console and connected DVD/VHS player in case anyone has any old VHS videos they’d like to catch up on! You can also stream music directly from your devices using the integrated Bluetooth speakers and a portable speaker.

A cozy dining area with a table and upholstered chairs is conveniently located next to the kitchen. The kitchen is beautifully fitted and comes fully equipped with an integrated gas oven, separate grill, gas hob, microwave and dishwasher. Ninja air fryer, toaster, kettle, and a large fridge with a 3-drawer freezer, ensuring you have everything you need for your stay.

The roomy main bedroom comes with an en-suite WC and basin, a double bed with overhead lighting, a fitted wardrobe, a dressing table, hair dryer, and a smart 32" TV. The two twin bedrooms each have a TV (1 with a DVD), wardrobe and storage space. All duvets, pillows, bed linen, and towels are provided, with beds made up before your arrival.

The shower room features a double cubicle and power shower, WC, wash basin, and shaver point.

Outside, you will find adjoining wrap around decking, a patio, and a garden with external lighting and patio furniture.

Additional items provided for your convenience include a baby’s high chair and travel cot, bed guard and safety gate, iron and ironing board, several books, and DVDs, a vacuum, sweeping brush, mop and bucket, clothes airer, torch, and First Aid Box.

General Booking Conditions:
A non-refundable deposit of £75 will be required to secure your booking along with a completed online booking form.

The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to your holiday.

Keys will be accessible via a key safe located at the caravan to eliminate any waiting at reception.

Gas, electricity, and water are included in the rental price.

You will need to bring your own toiletries and personal items.

FunWorks passes are NOT included in our rental prices.

Terms & Conditions

BOOKING CONDITIONS
All reservations are for self catering and are applied for and accepted subject to the following conditions.
Bookings can be made by completing and ticking the Terms and Conditions acceptance box or returning the booking form with the appropriate deposit or full payment. Provisional telephone bookings are held for 7 days (unless agreed with us beforehand). If not confirmed with a deposit by the end of that time they will be cancelled. Please inform us immediately if you decide not to take up the provisional booking.

OUR HOLIDAY CONTRACT
1. Our contract with you is made upon our acceptance of your booking form. Our contract is subject to these conditions. The person filling in the booking form does so on behalf of all party members and must be over 21 years of age. We reserve the right to decline or terminate the booking of any guest(s) whose party make up or behaviour interferes with the general comfort of other guests. In this event no refunds will be made.

USE OF YOUR HOLIDAY HOME
2. Only those people listed on the booking form may occupy and use the accommodation. If unauthorised persons occupy or use the accommodation your booking will be terminated and no refunds made. Your accommodation is available from 4pm on arrival day to 10am on departure day. The accommodation must be kept in reasonable condition throughout your stay and any breakages or damage made good or paid for. There is strictly no smoking inside the caravan.

PAYING FOR YOUR HOLIDAY
3. You must pay/send the appropriate deposit with your booking form (bank details below) which acts as a non-refundable booking fee in the event of cancellation. The balance for your holiday is due 56 days before the start of your holiday. If you book within 56 days of the start date of your holiday the full cost is payable upon booking. Failure to pay your holiday balance by the due date will be treated as cancellation of your booking and you will be liable for cancellation fees as detailed in section 4 below. IF YOU CANCEL YOUR HOLIDAY
4. If you cancel your holiday you must notify us in writing. The date of cancellation is when notification is received by us. In the event of cancellation, a sliding scale of charges apply as laid out below. If you cancel anytime before your start date then your deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel on or within 56 days you will be liable for the following percentages of the total holiday costs (including deposit): cancelled 56-22 days before the holiday start date = 50% subject to your dates being resold, minus any late availability discounts, administration fee and/or any PayPal commission; cancelled 22 days before the holiday start date = 100%; cancelled on day of arrival or afterwards = 100%.
5. If you have not arrived by 8am the morning after your holiday was due to commence, or contacted us, the owners, to confirm when you will arrive, we will treat the holiday as cancelled and the total holiday cost will be retained.

INSURANCE
6. It is recommended that you take holiday insurance out, arranged by yourself, to cover the cost of cancellation by you due to accidents or illness.

IF YOU CHANGE YOUR BOOKING
7. An administration fee of £10 will be charged for each amendment or change to a confirmed booking.

LIABILITIES
8. We accept responsibility for those arrangements for your holiday accommodation which are within our control but we cannot accept liability for any injury, loss or damage suffered by you or any member of your party.

IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT
9. In the event of a problem or complaint regarding your Holiday Home, you must bring it to the attention of us, the owners, as soon as possible during your holiday.

ACCEPTANCE OF BOOKING
10. On acceptance of your booking and deposit payment a confirmation of booking will be sent to you showing the full cost of your holiday and the date the balance payment is due.
The balance of all charges due must be received no later than 56 days before the commencement of your holiday.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking and re-Iet the accommodation if payment is not so received . No refund will be made.
All bookings are accepted entirely at our discretion.
We do not accept single sex groups.

ACCOMMODATION
11. The caravan is fully equipped; including your bed linen, towels, gas, electricity and hot water.
You will need to bring washing up materials, toiletries and personal effects.
Only those people listed on the booking form are entitled to occupy the caravan. However, we will, on special circumstances, allow extra persons for an additional charge. This arrangement is entirely at our discretion and must be agreed by us. Anyone found to have more persons in occupation than the number booked is liable to have their booking terminated with no refund. You are responsible for keeping and leaving the accommodation clean, tidy, in good order and in the condition that you found on arrival. Breakages, damage or missing items WILL be charged to you.
NO UNLAWFUL DRUGS ARE ALLOWED.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
12. Prior to your arrival, we will send you a code to access the key safe at the caravan. Your accommodation should be available from 4pm (subject to unavoidable delays). On your day of departure, please vacate by 10am, placing the keys back in the key safe.
