Caravan Description

Our family owned caravan is sited in the much sought after Primrose Field, which is a quiet cul-de-sac area of Primrose Valley Holiday Park.

It is ideally located as it is very close to the main entertainment complex, convenience store and children's play area.

The caravan Silver standard and sleeps 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms, one double, which is en-suite and has a TV and dressing table and two twin rooms, all with an central heating radiators and lots of storage space. There is a shower room to compliment the en-suite toilet in the Double room. The caravan also benefits from Central Heating and Double Glazed windows.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, gas cooker, fridge/freezer, dish washer, kettle and toaster. There is also an iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. We also have directly fitted Wi-Fi so 100% at all time which is a must for children these days.

In the lounge there is a large television. The lounge also benefits from double doors leading to the wraparound decking providing outdoor seating and table. For the little ones a travel cot is provided at no additional charge. We can also accommodate early check in from 12 noon depending on how clean the caravan is left by previous guests, check out is up to 10am.

Directly outside there is a parking space for one vehicle and additional parking close by.

A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking. This must be received within 7 days of making your reservation; otherwise the week will be re-advertised. The balance is payable 4 weeks before commencement of the holiday.

Haven passes are not included in the price, but are easily purchased prior to your holiday via an on-line link or on site at the reception. The passes are issued for Mon-Fri, Fri-Mon or 7 days from Fri/Sat.

Long weekends and mid-week breaks can be booked outside of the school holidays subject to availability.
