Our caravan to let at King's Caravan Park on Trunch Lane, is situated in a lovely position just a five minute walk from the beach and close to all amenities.
It is a very spacious 33ft x 12ft, 4 berth Willerby Westmoreland caravan that provides everything you need for a comfortable holiday. It comprises one double bedroom; one twin bedroom; a bathroom with large walk-in shower; a fully equipped kitchen; dining area and lounge; plus outdoor decking.
The double bedroom has a double bed, triple wardrobe, overhead storage, bedside tables with lamps, a dressing table with mirror and stool, along with a door to access to bathroom. There is also a built-in fan heater and room for a travel cot.
Twin bedroom has two single beds, overhead storage, a single wardrobe, bedside table and heater.
A blow up Airbed with pump is provided for a guest... Double and single.
The bathroom is accessible from the hallway or the double bedroom, and comprise a large walk-in shower, wash basin , toilet, cabinet with mirror and a heater.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities you may need, including a microwave, toaster, new fridge /freezer, a gas oven and hob.
The dining area has a table with 4 chairs, plus a highchair if needed.
Within the lounge there is a very comfortable 3 piece suite, a gas fire, coffee table and a new 32" TV. A door leads out onto the decking, which has a table and 4 chairs.
In the hallway there is a coat and shoe rack, along with another door leading to the decking.
A travel cot and highchair are provided, Also provided is a hairdryer, hoover, iron and ironing board, along with a fan for the warmer weather and built-in heaters for the cooler weather.
Wi-Fi is available on site on a ‘pay as you go’ basis.
Gas and electricity is included in the rental price.
The caravan will be professionally Covid cleaned ready for the changeover.
Bookings & Conditions
Up to 2 dogs are allowed, but they must not to be left on their own in the caravan or allowed on the furniture or beds.
Smoking is allowed outside only – not in the caravan. An ashtray is provided outside.
We accept bookings from families and couples only - strictly no stag or hen parties.
A minimum non-refundable deposit of £50 (per week booked) will secure your holiday dates and must be paid within 7 days of making the booking. If the deposit isn't paid within this time your chosen dates will be made available to other holiday makers.
The remaining balance must be paid 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.
At the time of paying your balance, we will require an additional £50 refundable bond. This will be returned within 10 working days of your departure once the caravan has been checked and everything found to be in good condition with no loss and/or damage or loss of keys etc.
Weekly bookings only will be accepted during peak weeks (i.e. all school holidays during July, August) Prices £350 per week in peak season.
Split weeks during off peak periods (minimum 2 nights) with prices starting from £35 per night.
King's Caravan Park is on Trunch Lane in Chapel St Leonards, which is just a five minute walk from the beach and close to all amenities. Close by there are restaurants, arcades, bars and markets.
Skegness and Ingoldmells are also close by, as is the train station, Butlin’s Resort, Fantasy Island and The Club Tropicana.
