We have a two bedroom, privately owned caravan at the top of a valley with far reaching sea views and a large decking area for you to enjoy it from on our small holding in Bude, Cornwall.

Caravan Description
This is our privately owned, modern static caravan set in an absolutely stunning location at the top of a valley with far reaching sea views and no immediate neighbours. It is situated on our own small holding, which has a variety of farm animals
There are two bedrooms, with the larger one offering a standard double sized bed with a very comfortable mattress, ample wardrobe space and access into the bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds, which can be pushed together to give a double sized bed if preferred, along with overhead cupboards.
The bathroom has a standard sized bath with a powerful overhead shower.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a gas double oven, gas hob, overhead extractor fan, built-in fridge and built-in freezer, a microwave and dishwasher. There is also a kettle, toaster and a variety of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery, along with a table and four chairs.
The lounge is spacious and has a wood burning style gas fire for those colder nights. There is a sofa and two armchairs, a flat screen TV and a DVD player. A pair of French doors lead out onto a small decked area with seating.
Outside there is very large decked area with wooden table and seating, a small grassed area and parking for two cars on gravel. All this area is fenced in by post and rail stock fence.
Gas and electric is included in the rental price, apart from in the low season where used units will be charged for.

Prices : April- September vary from £500 - £680 per week

Dogs are welcome, but additional charges per dog and conditions apply - please ask on booking.
No smoking.
Weeks run from Friday to Friday, thus allowing for the long weekend breaks.
Arrival time is after 3pm - please ring to see if the static is available before this time. Please call us a call 20 minutes before you arrive and also call us if you are running late.
Departure time is 10am. This will give us time between bookings to give it a thorough clean.
Duvet/pillows and all bed linen is provided, but towels/ t towels etc are not provided
NB: we do have a good fold up single bed for a 5th person, but all aspects of the bedding must be provided by you (there may be an extra charge for a 5th person)

About the Area
Our holiday homes are located on our own small holding, which is approximately 4 miles from the seaside town of Bude.There is a new health spa within a 5 minute walk of the holiday homes should you wish to indulge yourself or another member of your party. The local pub is the Bullers Arms, which is a 20 minute walk away and has excellent food and drink.
A short drive will offer you some lovely beaches, one of which has a sea water pool on the beach. The town of Bude offers some fantastic places to eat and drink. The canal has small boat hire, also near to the canal there is crazy golf and bike hire. On the outside of the town there is ten pin bowling next to Morrisons. There is a Sainsbury’s, Co-op, Morrisons and a Lidl in Bude town.
We are at the top of Cornwall, very near to Devon so we would advise you to call the local Tourist Information for all your own choice of interests in this beautiful part of the country, as there really is too much to list.
