Holiday in our beautiful (35x13), 3 bedrooms, 6/8 sleep in comfort caravan sited on a quiet
and tranquil, no-through road close to all watery activities as well as leisure and sporting
activities on Domaine de Kerlann; a 4* Siblu park in Brittany.

For those who love nature, the “Domaine de Kerlann” is the ideal starting point for
excursions, either on foot, by bicycle or horse, offering complete freedom. In summer, the
wild-sand beaches and the rocks in low tide are paradise for children.

Sanitary measures have been taken by the campsite according to the opinion issued by the High Council of Public Health, concerning "measures of barriers and physical distance in collective accommodation"
In terms of "Environmental Management" we have taken hygiene, cleaning and disinfection measures.

The accommodation comprises a spacious double bedroom with wardrobes, dressing table and
en-suite, along with two smaller bedrooms with single beds. The lounge sofa also folds out into a
double bed so 6/8 can sleep comfortably.

All bedrooms have heating and include ample wardrobe space. Pillows, duvets and blankets are
provided, but you will need to bring your own bed linen and towels. Alternatively, linen and towels
can be hired from reception.

In addition to the en-suite, there is a second toilet and separate shower room, with heating.

The living area comprises a lounge, kitchen and dining area, which is the real heart of the home.
The lounge offers a spacious and comfortable seating area, an electric flame-effect fire and a flat screen TV with integrated DVD players, which is connected to the satellite dish providing UK
Freeview TV channels. There are also some books for your use.

The open-plan kitchen has a cooker with 4-ring gas hob and 2 ovens, a microwave, full-size
fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining room has a large
table, a wall seat and chairs. All required crockery, cooking utensils, cutlery and glassware is
provided.

Also provided for your convenience is a hairdryer, iron and ironing board and a vacuum cleaner.
Outside we have a relaxing, large and sunny, semi-covered terrace (13 x 13) where you will find a
large table, 6 chairs and 2 arm chairs, garden furniture and a parasol. A BBQ is also available for
your use; ideal for those days and evenings to dine ‘al fresco’.

There is a parking space outside the holiday home.

Instant hot water is fed by a gas boiler, with the gas being from the mains.

Gas and electricity are included in the price of your holiday.

The caravan also benefits from having English sockets.

For babies and toddlers was can provide a cot and mattress, two small chairs, a high chair, one
set of the bathtub and changing mat, plus one set meal for babies.

We also provide 2 sports bikes (one men’s, one lady) with a baby seat/trailer for the baby
(close/hoods), 2 scooters.

WIFI access is via Siblu, cards for which can be purchased from reception. Free at the bar
(accessible with the pass).

Bookings & Conditions:

Bookings are normally from Saturday to Saturday. However, if you wish to arrive/depart during
the week please contact us and we will be happy to discuss this with you. Arrival time: 4p.m. -
Departure time: 10a.m. local time.

Bookings can be made by email or mail using the booking form provided and wrapping 30% of
the total rental amount (non-refundable) and the balance is payable on arrival. A security deposit
400£ is payable with remaining balance / on arrival and will be refunded on departure.

If additional cleaning is required, a minimum fee of £80 will be collected.

Holidays paid in full will not be eligible for a refund, so please take out holiday insurance to cover
this.

Fortnightly bookings (2 consecutive weeks) receive a discounted rate.

Passes must be purchased for use of swimming pools and children’s clubs. These are not
included in the rental price.

We can also help with discounts on “Brittany Ferries”.

About the Area

LOCATION - DOMAINE DE KERLANN

Domaine de Kerlann is one of Siblu parks in Europe and is situated between Pont-Aven and the coastal commune of Nevez and some superb sandy beaches.

There is an extensive swimming complex which comprises a large outdoor pool suitable for swimming lengths, a smaller child’s pool, splash zone, a range of flumes as well a separate indoor pool with Jacuzzi. All pools attended by the life guards.

There are 3 full-sized tennis courts as well an outdoor petanque pitch and a small course. The site is well equipped for children offering several play parks and outdoors sports area with a variety of activities such as running track, long jump and volley ball, table tennis, basketball & five-a-side-football. There is also organises entertainment for children of all ages. You also participate in organised games.

For the smaller children, there is bubbles (1-4s) along with the Pirate Club (5-9s) and Barracudas (10-14s), all are run each day, offering a variety of activities to keep children busy.

Its facilities include a well-stocked shop, a convenience store, bakery, restaurant/creperie, takeaway, two bars and bike hire that's is available from reception for adults and children.

Access to the internet is available throughout the park. Free internet available at the reception and at the bar.

LOCAL AREA INFORMATION

Pont-Aven is a delightful village approximately 1.5 mil away, hosting an array of art galleries, museums, gift shops, good selection of restaurants. It a delightful small town famous for the artists. There is also a supermarket (INTERMARCHÉ), which opens 7 days a week.

Nevez is 4 minutes’ drive away had a market on a Saturday. There is also a supermarket (INTERMARCHÉ) that opens 7 days a week.

At the detours of the paths, one understands that without artifice, Trégunc knew how to keep the discreet charms of the authenticity of the nature and the inheritance.

Doelan is a delightful, unspoilt fishing harbour where fish can be bought as it lands. A pleasant walk around the harbour, including a tree lined section, makes a visit very worthwhile, and you can enjoy a meal or a drink overlooking the harbour to round off your visit.

A visit to Concarneau is a popular destination for many of our customers with its historic walled fortress (ville Close), noted for its display of colour in summer provided by the climbing roses and clematis proving an ideal place to shop and eat.

With so many places to visit the problem may be how to fit it all in.

Quimper, there are many other places to visit in the area including the medieval town of Quimper with its narrow cobbled streets and half-timber houses found in the medieval quarter. Much of French life with its Breton influence can be found here with its twice-weekly markets and ancient Gothic cathedral. It has a good selection of restaurants bars and shops, and hosts the Festival of Cornouaille during the summer with a jamboree of Breton music, costumes, theatre and dance.

Kerascoet / Kercanic , lovely villages with traditional thatched cottages.

Port Manec’h , is a fishing port approximately 3.5 miles away and has a sheltered beach, it is situated at the mouth of the rivers Belon and Aven.

Tahiti plage , a sheltered beach approximately 3.5 miles away.

Rospico Point approximately 4 miles away.

Bénodet, is a thriving water village. Fine sandy beaches; a variety of water sports; sailing, windsurfing or you can take a boat ride.

Lorient, Brittany's fourth-largest city, lies on an immense natural harbour protected from the ocean by the Île de Groix and strategically located at the junction of the rivers Scorff, Ter and Blavet.

Guidel, à 10 minutes en voiture est un must, le dimanche matin, quand la ville accueille son marché hebdomadaire.

If you are staying local there are plenty of walks.

There are a number of local attractions and many other places to visit. Folders can be obtained from the reception.

The nearest port is Roscoff (sailings from Plymouth) at under 2 hours but St Malo is just 2 hours 20 minutes, from site and offers daily crossings from Portsmouth. Caen & Cherbourg & Saint-Malo, again from Portsmouth, offers drive times of 3.5 hours and 4.5 hours and 3.5 hours from Caen, 4.5 hours from Cherbourg and 7 hours from Calais respectively due to improved motorway connections.

Flights are also available from Luton or Dublin to Brest (1.5 hours drive), Gatwick to Nantes (2.5 hours drive) and from various local airports to Rennes (2 hours’ drive).
