Our 2 bedroom holiday caravan is situated in the grounds of a country house and is in a private position adjacent to a paddock with ample parking available.

It is screened on two sides with trees and shrubs and offers panoramic views at the front towards Sandown Bay, which can be seen in the distance with ships visible during the day and at night with their twinkling lights. The view to the side is of a beech wood and the paddock with grazing sheep.

Inside the holiday caravan the main bedroom consists of a comfortable double bed with fresh linen provided and a wardrobe with built in dressing table with mirror.

The second bedroom consists of twin single beds and a small drop down bunk for a small child, with a wardrobe and mirror. There is a further double bed available in the lounge area if required.

The bathroom has a sink with mirror, shower and toilet.
The kitchen area consists of a newly installed calor gas boiler, which provides hot water, and a double drainer stainless steel sink unit with cupboard space above and below. All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided for up to 6 people.

Basic cleaning materials will be provided. There is a calor gas cooker with oven and other equipment including an electric kettle, toaster, microwave and a fridge freezer.

The lounge area has a large L shaped corner seating area for relaxing and eating, a coffee table, cupboard space and dining table with two additional stools. A colour TV with video is available and DVD films can be supplied on request. Freeview TV is connected to caravan.

There are panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, which will help to relax and unwind you during your stay. Outside there is a small sitting area with table and chairs to enjoy eating and drinking whilst planning your daily activities.

The caravan is surrounded by secure fencing and is pet friendly.

There is plenty of parking available adjacent to the caravan on the main drive next to the stables.

Smoking is permitted outside the caravan.

The holiday caravan is located near to Arreton village at the central heart of the Isle of Wight. Its position offers a unique opportunity to enjoy outstanding natural scenery located at the edge of Arreton Down, which is an area of outstanding natural beauty.

There are wonderful country walks nearby across St Georges and Arreton Downs and the seaside towns of Sandown and Shanklin are within easy distance 10 minutes by car - only 5 miles away.

Other attractions nearby include Arreton Barns Craft Village, Robin Hill Country Park and the picturesque village of Godshill.
