Caravan Description
Extremely spacious three-bed, (two shower rooms) mobile home on Camping du Quinquis, situated on one of the best plots on the site - a large corner position surrounded by grass and trees which gets sun from midday through to the evening. There is a huge veranda with gazebo and sun loungers for outdoor dining. Easy walking distance to pool, bar and takeaway.
Our mobile home has a more roomy interior than most, with pitched roof and a small corridor separating the living area from two twin beds at one end, and the double bedroom en-suite at the other.
The kitchen is equipped to a high standard and includes a microwave, cooker and two fridges etc. In the living room is a gas fire.
This is a really lovely caravan to enjoy a relaxed family holiday in a stunning Brittany spot.
Location
You will receive a warm welcome on Camping du Quinquis; a family friendly, low-key campsite in Brittany.
On site you will find two swimming pools, bikes for rent, a bar and takeaway with themed nights (paella, make-your-own burger, curry night etc.). There is a kids' club three mornings a week (payable locally) and themed nights in the bar (karaoke, silent disco, bingo). However, this is not a rip-roaring, late night 'party' site and probably best suited for families with younger children and tweens (although low octane teenagers are obviously welcome!).
Camping du Quinquis is situated just 2km (or a twenty minute walk through woods) from the lovely seaside resort of Le Pouldu (Quimperle is 13km) where you will find several stunning beaches, coastal walks and wonderful Breton restaurants. The port itself is on a beautiful estuary where you can take river trips, jet ski, dig for clams at low tide and watch your children crabbing off the quay while you enjoy a glass of Rosé!
