Caravan Description

Our lovely, no smoking holiday home is located at Karo Place and has full gas central heating and double glazing. It benefits from a large gated veranda with breath taking sea views and a paved patio and grassed area at the side. It is maintained to a very high standard.
The caravan is fully equipped for 6 people, with 3 bedrooms . It comprises of:
Lounge
A large sunny and comfortable room with 2 large sofas, coffee table, flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player and CD/radio. There are fixed and glazed cupboards and a mirrored display unit over a gas fire with surround. There's also fantastic sea views from the lounge windows.
Kitchen/Diner
A modern fitted kitchen that includes a full size gas cooker with extractor fan, full size fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner. There is ample storage space and it is well-equipped to cater for 8 people. The dining area has a freestanding table and six chairs.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has a full width double bed, over bed cupboards, built-in wardrobes, dressing table and bedside tables with lamps.
Bedroom 2
This room has two single beds with over bed cupboards, a bedside table with lamp and built-in wardrobe. The single beds can be pushed together to make a double if preferred.
Bedroom 3
This room has two single beds with over bed cupboards, a bedside table with lamp and built-in wardrobe. The single beds can be pushed together to make a double if preferred.
There is also a travel cot (no bedding supplied) and high chair kept in the caravan for our smaller guests.
Bathroom 1
Shower cubicle, toilet, full sized wash hand basin with storage under and a large mirrored wall unit, plus a radiator.
Bathroom 2
Toilet and hand wash basin.
Linen
All beds are supplied with duvets and pillows. All bed linen will be provided and the appropriate number of beds will be made up on arrival.
No towels or tea towels will be provided.
Veranda
The veranda is situated on the side of the caravan and has fantastic sea views. It is accessed from the kitchen. It has a secure gate and comes complete with table, chairs and sun brolly. Outside the veranda is a large paved patio and an area of grass.
Parking
There is ample parking for two vehicles immediately adjacent to the caravan.
Additional Information
All gas and electricity is included in the cost.
Terms & Conditions
We only do weekly Saturday to Saturday lets.
Check-in time is not before 2pm and check-out time must be by 10am.
No bookings can be accepted from: A) groups of all one sex; B) groups under 25 years of age.
Sorry no pets are allowed to stay in the caravan. We also request that you DO NOT smoke in the caravan.
Should the caravan become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control a full refund of money received will be given.
Bookings
A £50 deposit is required within 7 days of a booking to reserve your dates. This deposit will be held as a security deposit against any damage incurred and will be refunded after your stay once the caravan has been handed back in good condition.
The full payment of your holiday must be received not less than 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. If we do not receive payment by then your booking will be void.
If your holiday is booked less than 6 weeks in advance the full payment will be required. The price of the holiday does not include entertainment passes. These can be booked directly from Devon Cliffs Holiday Park.

About the Area
Devon Cliffs Holday park is Haven Holidays 5 Star flagship park, just 10 miles from junction 30 on M5. It has fantastc facilities and a beautiful child friendly Blue Flag beach.Whether you are looking for an all action fun park or the peace and quiet of the Jurrasic Coast with the South West Coastal path only yards from our caravan, you will find it here.
On site there is a very large indoor pool with slides, plus outdoor water slides and pools.There is a luxury Spa, entertainment complx that includes caberats, childrens shows, all weather sports pitches, mini golf, archery and other activities. There are numerous childrens activities run throughout the day.
Entertainment passes are required for some of the facilities and are not included in the price but can be prchased direct from Haven Holidays.
There is a choice of eating out including Pappa John's Pizza, Burger King, Fish and Chip Shop, Sports Bar, Starbucks and for finer dining there is The Mash and Barrel Resaurant.
There is the Beachcomber Restaurant/Bar on the sea front and a small shop and play area here.
Wi-Fi is available on site at a small charge.
There is an on site launderette and a Spar supermarket which sells most things with a 24 hour Tesco Supermarket and McDonalds just a 5 minute drive away.
Exmouth itself is only a few minutes drive away and is a superb family resort with 3 miles of sandy beaches where you will find numerous shops, restaurants and cafe.
