Caravan Description
Welcome to ‘Rosie’, our lovely Sheraton Bluebird, 12x37 holiday caravan on Rockley Park in Poole, Dorset. She sits proudly on an elevated pitch with views across the water to Arne, and feels like a real home from home.
Gas central heating and double glazing makes our caravan the ideal choice in the colder months.
Rosie has a neat garden area with garden furniture, which also has a little hidey-hole for the buckets and spades, as well as the crab nets!
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size fridge/freezer, microwave, slow cooker and toaster, along with a dining table and chairs.
The lounge area has a comfortable sofa and two chairs that turn round to face the sea; perfect for relaxing with a book. There’s also a 26” TV with HDMI lead and free Wi-Fi
The main bedroom has a king size bed and plenty of storage, plus an en-suite toilet. Bedroom two has twin beds, again with storage and overhead lighting.
The veranda is the perfect spot to have a “sundowner”, complete with table and chairs.

Location
There is plenty to do in the area, which is famous for its Jurassic coastline. Brownsea Island is just a short boat ride away. Farmer Palmer’s is also just a short journey away, where you can feed the hungry lambs. Monkey World is close by too.
Rockley Park is a picturesque park with outstanding views of Purbeck Hills, Poole harbour and Rockley Park beach. Poole town centre is only 5 minutes away.
On site you will find something to do for everyone; from the very young to the elderly. There are indoor and outdoor pools; a bowling green; mini golf; tennis courts; full entertainment; a shop and various eateries that cater for all tastes.
Deposit
A £100 deposit will secure the dates required the balance + a £50 breakage/damage bond due 4 weeks before holiday start date. The £50 bond to be returned within a week if no damage/ breakage occurs.
