Our 2020, newly purchased, privately owned static caravan is situated on the top tier of Haven’s Littlesea Holiday Park, offering spectacular views of the Fleet Lagoon and Chesil Beach.
With only a short walk to the on-site amenities, our static caravan is just far enough away from the hussle and bussle to guarantee a perfectly peaceful stay.
Our Swift Bordeaux caravan offers side and front decking, both overlooking the spectacular view. The front decking has outside seating for your comfort to enjoy the surroundings, which is through double-glazed, sliding french doors.
The living area boasts a modern feel with a 43" wall-mounted TV (Wi-Fi and Netflix included), a cosy feel electric fire and enough seating for the whole family. If you are thinking of visiting us in the colder months, rest assured we have central heating to keep it warm and cosy.
The dining/kitchen area is fully equipped to ensure your stay is as stress free as possible, which includes a kettle, microwave, gas oven/grill, larger fridge/freezer, plenty of cupboard space and even a dishwasher! The dining table comfortably seats 4 people. However, there are spare folding chairs in storage to seat 6 should you wish. Added essentials also include plates, bowls, cutlery, mugs, glasses, cooking equipment and a mop/bucket in the store cupboard.
Our twin bedrooms have enough storage space no matter the duration of your stay, with overbed storage, a single-door wardrobe
and plenty of floor space under each of the beds. The master bedroom offers plenty of space for comfort and storage, which also offers a 32" TV, a comfy, double bed between two bedside tables, plus overhead storage with a choice of LED strip lights or bedside lamps should you enjoy a little bedtime reading. There is ample amount of space both on and under the dressing table with a large mirror and another single cupboard. The master bedroom also boasts an en-suite containing a toilet, sink and extra wall storage.
The main bathroom offers a good deal of space, with a toilet, wall-hung sink with mirrored cabinet, a double-sized shower enclosure and a towel radiator. Both en-suite and main bathroom doors have a lock should you need to use it to give you some added privacy.
Bookings & Conditions
*We offer a range of stays- although price list only states a price for 7 nights each week. PLEASE ENQUIRE IF YOU WISH YOUR STAY TO BE SHORTER THAN 7 NIGHTS*
Should you wish to book with us, we will require a £100 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your preferred date.
We will then request the remainder of the balance 6 weeks before your holiday start date. At this time, we will also request a £50 security bond to cover the cost of any breakages should they occur during your stay. This is fully refundable once the caravan has been inspected following your departure and everything found to be in order.
We kindly ask that check-in is no earlier than 3pm and check out is by 10am.
Entertainment passes are not included in your holiday price, but can be purchased from the Reception desk should you wish to have access to the on-site swimming pool, entertainment facilities and extra bookable activities.
In line with park rules we kindly ask that:
- there are no stag/hen/all adult parties
- no smoking within the complex OR inside the caravan
- ONLY persons on the booking form are permitted inside the caravan (stated in Ts & Cs on the booking form).
Littlesea Holiday Park is situated close to Weymouth town centre and beach. A short bus ride from inside the park to Weymouth is in operation from March to October. There are many wonderful beaches to visit on the Jurassic Coast too, or plenty of other things to see and do for the adventurous type.
Being a Haven holiday park, Littlesea offers many on-site facilities, which include:
- Indoor and outdoor swimming pool
- Evening/afternoon entertainment in the Showbar
- Extra bookable activities (eg. crazy golf, children's off-roader 4x4 driving range, badminton court, bungee jumping, football clubs etc.)
- Restaurant and bar
- Indoor arcade with small soft play area

- Fish & Chip takeaway
- Papa John's pizza stall
- Mini supermarket
- Access to Coastal path running alongside Chesil Beach
Facilities on the park are subject to Covid-19 regulations at the time of your holiday.
