Caravan Description

Our caravan to let on Neptune Hall Caravan Park in Tywyn, is sited on plot 206. It comfortably sleeps 6 in 2 bedrooms, plus a pull-out sofa bed in the lounge.

The bedrooms comprise a double bedroom with wardrobe, overbed storage and ‘Jack n Jill’ access to the main bathroom with shower, along with a twin bedded room, also with wardrobe and overbed storage. A travel cot is also available.

Quilts and pillows are provided, but you would need your own linen and towels.

As well as the main bathroom, there is a separate toilet.

The large, open plan kitchen includes a gas cooker, microwave, fridge, slow cooker and toaster. All utensils, crockery and everything else you may need to cook a family meal, is provided. There’s also a large worktop space to prepare the meals.

The dining area seats 6 people comfortably around a rectangular table.

The lounge is a large open space, complete with a TV and gas fire for a cosy night in. Games have been removed temporarily due to COVID-19.

Outside we have a decked area with a bistro set for outdoor dining. There’s also a grassy area, which is ideal for a BBQ and to soak up the sun.

Parking for two cars is available next to the caravan.

Bookings & Conditions

This caravan is strictly NO SMOKING.

A £50 non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking. The full balance is due 4 weeks before your holiday start date.

All payments by bank transfer please.

All holidays will require a security deposit of £50 to be paid 2 weeks before the start of the holiday to cover any loss, damage and/or breakages. Once the caravan has been checked following your departure, this or part of this will be refunded by bank transfer – subject to the condition of the caravan and its contents.

Short stay beaks are available with a minimum of 3 nights – please enquire.
The caravan will be available to check in from 3pm and must be vacated by 10am.

Cancellation Policy

4 weeks or more before holiday - deposit only will be lost.
2-4 weeks before holiday - 5% of holiday cost will be taken.
Less than 2 weeks before holiday - full cost of holiday will be taken.


Location

Neptune Hall Caravan Park in Tywyn, is surrounded by Snowdonia National Park and beautiful countryside. Cader Idris is only 10 minutes away and is perfect for outward pursuits.

It is in a beautiful position on a sandy beach and offers spectacular sunsets and walks. Our caravan is just 300 yards from the beach and amusements, such as crazy golf and a play park for the kids.

The leisure centre hosts an indoor swimming pool.

Neptune Hall Caravan Park is just a short walk from the main town and train station. Tywyn itself has several places of interest and is only a short distance from many more seaside towns. All of which are accessible by road or train. Aberdovey is 4 miles away and Barmouth 18 miles.
