Caravan Description

The caravan has two bedrooms, one with a double one with two single beds. There is also a double pull-out bed in the lounge.

Within the caravan you will find all your home from home comforts, including a cooker, fridge with small ice compartment, microwave, toaster, TV and DVD player.

Bed linen is included – you will just need to bring your own towels.

For your safety and peace of mind, a smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm is fitted.

Families and couples over 25 only (Richmond Park rules).

Well behaved dogs (max of 2, no larger than a Labrador size) accepted, but they must not be allowed on the furniture or left unattended in the caravan. Please Note: Richmond Holiday Park charge £3 per night, per dog (maximum £15 for week, per dog) which is paid directly to the site on arrival.

No dogs to be left unattended in the caravan at any time.

Booking

A £50 deposit is required to secure your dates. This is non-refundable if cancelled within two weeks of the arrival date.

The balance must be paid 3 weeks before your arrival date.

Please note there is an additional security deposit/bond of £50 required per booking. This is on top of the rental price. It will be refunded once the caravan has been checked following your departure and everything found to be in good order.

Location

Richmond Holiday Park is situated on Richmond Drive in Skegness. It is close to the town centre, train station, bus station and sea front, which are all within walking distance.
