Caravan Description

Our dog friendly, 2018 Willerby Seasons caravan for hire on 5 star Haggerston Castle Holiday Park offers full double glazing & gas central heating and is sited on Tower Lawn, which is ideally located for the main entertainment complex & eating facilities.

The 37’ x 12’ 6 to 8 berth caravan has one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, along with a pull-out bed settee in the living room, which will sleep two adults comfortably.

There are two bathrooms, one with a full-size shower cubicle, toilet and sink, the other with a toilet and sink.

The caravan has everything you will need to enjoy a comfortable self-catering holiday, including a 43” Smart TV with Freeview in the living room; a PlayStation 3 for the children; a selection of boardgames; unlimited Wi-Fi; an iron and ironing board; hoover; fridge freezer; gas hob and oven; microwave, kettle and toaster; plus all crockery and pans.

For you safety and peace of mind, inside the caravan is a fire extinguisher, smoke alarms and a carbon monoxide detector.

Extra cleaning is also being done at present due to Covid-19, which includes fogging all-round the caravan to sanitise.

Linen and towels are not included, but pillows and duvets are.

A key safe is fitted, so there is no need to wait in a queue to collect the keys on your arrival.

Bookings & Conditions

A minimum deposit of £50 must be paid at the time of booking. Your booking will NOT stand without said deposit.

An additional £50 damage/cleaning bond is also required, which is returnable within 72 hours of your departure once the caravan has been successfully checked.

Any deposit paid is non-refundable and will be deducted from the full total at time of payment.

An additional £25 per dog (max of 2) per stay will be added to balance for guests with dogs

No arrival information will be given until booking is paid in full.

We DO NOT allow smoking inside of the caravan. *If our cleaner finds evidence of either pet hair on furniture or smell of smoke/ash then your £50 damage/cleaning bond will be retained for a deep clean.

Please leave the caravan as clean and tidy as you find it on arrival - wipe down surfaces and tables and sweep/hoover floors. Our cleaner has limited time in the caravan.

Arrival time is no sooner than 3pm. Departure time is no later than 10am. # If you fail to vacate by 10am on day of departure, making the caravan inaccessible to our cleaner ready for the next guest, we will retain your £50 damage/cleaning bond.

*# This will not be returned if pet hair is found on furniture, smell of smoke or ash is found in the caravan or leaving after 10am on day of day departure.

The booking must be paid in full 6 weeks prior to your stay. We have the right to cancel any booking that does not comply with the aforementioned condition. However, we do understand things happen in life and where we can we will help move your dates if possible.

If required, we are happy to accept payment by instalments to make the final balance easier to pay, just ask about our payment plan.

Well behaved pets only. As this is our family holiday home, we ask that pets are NOT to be allowed on the furniture (sofas, beds etc.). We do not allow our own dog to do so.

Hen/Stag parties and/or same sex groups cannot be catered for due to Park regulations.

No stiletto heels due to the vinyl on the floor.

No plasticine/playdough/paints/slime (pens and crayons must be supervised).

Passes are NOT included in the price, but can be purchased at Reception for a reasonable price.

WE HAVE A STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY IN THE CARAVAN.

Haggerston Castle Holiday Park Is a 5* site in Northumberland that offers many great, on site facilities.

New to the complex is the Tower Bar, Cook's Fish & Chips, a multi-level indoor play area and Oodles family amusement centre. Recently refurbished is Papa John's pizza and Burger King.

- Boat trips from Berwick and Seahouses
- Berwick pier – go for a stroll and watch the dolphins and local seal
- Nature reserves
- Castles, including Bamburgh, Etal and Lindisfarne
