Welcome to our privately owned, 40’x13’ caravan with extensive deck, in the prestigious & safe cul-de-sac of Harbour View at Rockley Park. The entertainment centre is accessed via a short walk, yet there’s no noise from the entertainment - only tranquil sea views.
Being one back from the front line there are great, direct, stunning views of the inner harbour from the west facing lounge or veranda, which starts at the front and wraps around the side. It’s also gated to protect toddlers and three steps down is sufficient parking for two cars. The pitch itself is wide and sunny.
The beach and marina are a short walk from our pitch, which is directly accessible down a short slope or steps. Similarly, the entertainment centre is accessed via a short walk. Also close by is the picturesque park and Ham Common nature reserve, which offers outstanding views of Purbeck Hills, Poole Harbour and Rockley Park beach. Poole town centre is only a few minutes away too.
This 3 bedroom caravan has full central heating, along with patio doors to front and on the side.
Within the lounge is a TV with Freeview, DVD player, books and board games.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, 4-burner hob plus, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, sink, extractor and plenty of cupboard space, along with crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils are in plenty of cupboard space.
A welcome pack with washing up liquid, a cloth, tea towel, tea, coffee, sugar and basic condiments will await you.
The main bedroom has a double bed, en-suite with walk in shower, sink and toilet, television. The second and third bedrooms are twins, each with wardrobe, drawers, bedside table and cupboards above the beds. The twin beds can be pushed together to make a small double. All bedding is supplied, including duvet covers, sheets and pillowcases.
The main bathroom has a toilet, sink and bath with a full shower over. There is a shaver point and light. We also supply a hand towel in both bathrooms along with soap and toilet roll.
There is also a vacuum cleaner, an iron, ironing board and clothes airer/dryer.
Out caravan is pet friendly, subject to Rockley Park’s own limits, and by prior arrangement. Dogs are accepted only on the understanding that they will not be left alone in the caravan at any time (unless crated) and must be kept off the furniture. Any damage caused by dogs must be paid for.
Please remember this is a non-smoking caravan.
Passes to use Rockley Park facilities ARE included in the hire price. Please note however, that availability of park facilities and entertainment varies according to the time of year. During the autumn and winter months the park is very quiet and there is little provided out of season. What is available is solely under the control of the site managers, Haven Holidays. For more details please check the Haven website.
If you have any problems at all please ring my number and we will arrange to have them fixed for you.
A deposit of £150 is required; £100 deposit for the caravan (non-refundable) and £50 deposit for breakages (refundable if no damage).

Our caravan is cleaned to Covid-19 standards between each stay.

Go Harry Redknapp spotting at Sandbanks, visit Brownsea Island and the RSPB reserve at Arne, on the way to Corfe Castle and/or Swanage.
