Immaculate 2019 Willerby Manor Mobile Home 38'.00 x 12.00', centrally heated, double glazed dog friendly holiday home for hire on Trevella Park in Crantock near Newquay in Cornwall - equal to the Trevella ‘Superior’ range, but with added benefit of personal internet, dedicated to this caravan.
It also includes a Humax Freeview smart set top box allowing recording/live/pause, Netflix, YouTube etc.
Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are fitted too, for your added peace of mind.
The caravan is in a superb location in the peaceful Watergate area of Trevella Park, with no through traffic.
It offers luxurious, spacious accommodation, including a light, airy living room with double sliding doors onto the decking, overlooking the pond and with countryside views over pastureland. The stylish lounge furniture includes a double sofa bed.
The fully fitted kitchen has integrated units; a gas oven, grill and hob; fridge freezer; microwave; electric kettle and toaster; along with all crockery and utensils.
The two bedrooms comprise one large double bedroom with built-in double wardrobe, 5' bed and en-suite with WC and wash basin, plus one twin bedded room.
The shower room offers a good sized shower, WC and wash basin.
We have a spacious gated decking area with table and chairs for al-fresco dining. The decked area enjoys sunshine throughout the day and into the evening. A charcoal BBQ is provided for the use of our guests. There is also a rotary clothes airer, with laundry facilities available on site.
Location
Trevella Holiday Park has been a popular tourist location for 60 years. It is a multi-award-winning park with a ‘Visit England’ 5 star rating and prestigious AA 5 Penant Gold Award.
Facilities include a shop, take away service, heated outdoor swimming pool in high season, children's play areas, crazy golf, two fishing lakes and recently there has been the addition of the Piskie Inn (the smallest pub in Cornwall)!
Crantock beach is stunning - so vast you shouldn't have a problem finding a nice spot to set upfor the day. There is a lifeguard present on this beach during the summer months.
Porth Joke (known locally as Polly Joke) is a firm favourite - a beautiful deep cove with lots of alcoves - perfect to set up the BBQ. A gentle stream running down the middle of the beach, which is fun and safe place for little ones to play. There is no lifeguard on this beach. From the car park it takes 8 - 10 minutes downhill to reach the beach. This is a peaceful and tranquil beach.
There are a number of other beaches within a short drive. Perranporth, Holywell Bay and Watergate Bay offering excellent water sports facilities.
Crantock village has two pubs/restaurants, a shop/post office and tea rooms; with the Bowgie Inn and C Bay located at nearby West Pentire.
