Caravan Description

This gorgeous, 42' 2 bedroomed luxury caravan/lodge is located on the beautiful North Yorkshire coast at Reighton Sands Holiday Park close to Filey with Bridlington and Scarborough just a few miles away. It can sleep 4 - 6 people. The specification is to residential standard and has Free Wi-Fi.

Open in the main season from March to November the park has an entertainment complex to include bar and restaurant; Fish & Chip outlet and Pappa Johns Pizza. Large outside seating and childrens play area with undercover patio where dogs can also be accommodated; show bar with family entertainment, music, bingo and quizzes; amusement arcade; heated indoor swimming pool and the lazy river pool outside which is open in the warmer months. There are activities for adults including archery and a 9 hole golf course. There are several children’s adventure playgrounds across the park and activities including den making nature trails and crafts. There is a path with direct access to the beach with a train which runs up and down and a Beach Café.

Well stocked Coop mini supermarket and laundrette.

Regular bus services pick up on park going to Filey, Bridlington and Scarborough.

The caravan comprises:

Kitchen/Dining Area
Fully equipped open plan, modern and spacious kitchen diner with lots of storage; five ring gas hob and gas oven; integrated microwave; Large pantry; fridge/ freezer; dishwasher and washing machine; airfryer, electric kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, slow cooker; sandwich toaster; and all crockery, saucepans and cooking utensils; a dining table with 4 upholstered chairs. The side door opens onto the wraparound veranda.

Lounge Area
The lounge is very cosy and comfortable with a three seater sofa bed and two seater sofa. There are large slide aside patio doors with sea views which open onto the veranda. . 43" Smart TV with both Freeview and Freesat TV, E100 Hi-Fi sound system with built in DAB+, FM and Bluetooth. Wi-Fi throughout and electric fire with remote control. You will find board games, jigsaws, playing cards etc. for your use with a small amount of childrens toys under the storage pouffe.

Wraparound veranda
Has outside seating areas with dining table and four chairs, bistro table and two chairs and two relaxer chairs. Cushions can be found under the bed in the twin bedroom. The metal store contains extra outside chairs and beach equipment. The key is on the key holder at the side of the door.

Master Bedroom
King size bed with dressing area and walk in wardrobe that leads to a large En-suite with full size bath and shower over, tall heated towel rail. 32 inch TV/DVD player, bedside sockets have USB points. You will see a few DVD's and paperback books for use in the glass fronted cupboards. The under bed storage contains a single air bed plus additional duvets, pillows and bedding. Hairdryer and Straighteners can be found in the dressing area and a fan, iron, ironing board and drying racks are also available in the walk in wardrobe cupboard.

Twin Bedroom
Single beds have 3’ wide mattresses which can be pushed together to make super king bed if prferred on request, wardrobe with chest of drawers under, further over bed cupboards and storage space. 24" TV/DVD player. Bedside socket also has USB point.

Main Bathroom
Shower, toilet, hand basin with storage under and a heated towel rail. The cupboard houses the water and central heating boiler and further storage shelves and cupboards to the side.

*Duvets, pillows and bed linen are provided with beds made up on arrival but please bring your own towels.

Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome.
