Caravan Description
6 berth holiday home for hire on West Sands Holiday Park in West Sussex, with blown air heating, panel heating, double glazing and Wi-Fi.
The caravan itself is a brand-new, 2017 model Delta Goodwood, which is very well laid out and offers ample room for a very comfortable stay. Our particular spot is great, with the brook (known locally as a Rife) flowing past.
The holiday home has 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin bedded room, along with a pull-out double bed in the lounge.
Also in the lounge is a lovely electric fire, 2 oil radiators, a Freeview TV and Wi-Fi, which is free for our guests!
The fully equipped kitchen includes a kettle, toaster, fridge freezer and microwave.
The shower room has a shower, hand basin and toilet.
Duvets, pillows and bed linen is provided, with beds made up ready for your arrival.
Bookings & Conditions
No smoking.
No single sex groups.
No pets. Please be advised however, that we have previously had a dog stay in the caravan for a weekend (important for any allergy sufferers).
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required, which forms partial payment and secures your booking.
A £75 fully refundable damage deposit will also be required. This is refunded (if no loss, damage or breakages to caravan) after 7 days following your departure and inspection of caravan.
All ages and details must be supplied beforehand, which will be checked at Reception.
We offer Friday to Friday bookings or weekends.
During the school summer holidays the rate is £550 per week.

About the Area
Our caravan is a two minute walk from West Sands’ reception and the funfair, less than 5 minutes from the beach front at Bunn Leisure beach and just a 5-7 minute walk from the Embassy.Leisure facilities on West Sands Holiday Park, require a pass for the duration of the stay. These can be collected from the reception upon arrival. The maximum rates for peak season passes, per week are:
Adults - £35 / Children age 5-17 - £22
Children under five are free
Family of four (2 adult, 2children) £75

You can also take the free bus around all 3 caravan parks; West Sands, White Horse and Green Lawns. Once you have your Leisure passes, you can use the facilities on all 3 parks.
Take the kids on the free Bunnie Express train around the park. Other facilities include: a funfair; indoor pool with kids’ pool, slides and lazy river; shops; restaurants and fast food places; a gym; nightly entertainment.
The beaches at Selsey, Bracklesham Bay and West Wittering typically achieve ‘Excellent’ water quality ratings and have all passed the stringent European Environment Commission (EEC) bathing water quality standards.
Attractions in the area include: golf courses; nature reserves (such as Pagham Harbour); Goodwood Motor Circuit; Roman villas; planetariums; many country pubs; boat tours from Chichester Harbour Water Tours, plus others; restaurants that serve crustaceans caught locally (in season).
Of course, there’s also the ancient town of Chichester just a few miles away, which is easily accessed by bus or car, along with the beautiful rustic seaside village of Selsey, where you can dine out, walk and relax.
