WE ARE NOW PET FRIENDLY 1-2 SMALL DOGS ONLY. (PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW PETS ON THE FURNITURE AND BEDS)

THE POOL WILL RE OPEN IN MAY (Weather permitting)

WHEN YOU HAVE PAID IN FULL WE SHALL BE SENDING YOU YOUR PAPER WORK ON HOW TO OBTAIN THE KEY CODE.

WE ARE NOW TAKING BOOKINGS FOR 2025/26 SEASONS (£60 DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING

WHICH WILL BE KEPT HAS A SECURITY BOND AND RETURNED AFTER THE VAN HAS BEEN CHECKED BY OUR CLEANERS FOR BREAKAGES.AND ALL KEYS MUST BE PUT BACK IN THE KEY SAFE ON THE SIDE OF THE VAN AND PLEASE VACATE THE VAN BY 10am.
FOR THE CLEANERS TO CHECK,

THE 6 PASSES MUST BE PUT IN THE SAFE IN THE WARDROBE (IN THE DOUBLE BEDROOM) TO HAVE YOUR £60 REFUNDED.

The caravan comprises:

BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, plus a double fold-out bed in the Lounge under the left hand settee. From July 2025 New Orthopaedic double bed Mattress in main double bedroom. The bedrooms and the bathroom are at the back of the caravan. The double bedroom has a small wall heater a wardrobe with plenty of storage also a DIGITAL SAFE for your valuables SAFE KEY NOW ON THE VAN KEYS.

The twin bedroom has a wardrobe for storage. Each bedroom has a smoke alarm fitted for your safety.

Please note that the pillows and the continental quilts are provided, BUT YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN QUILT COVERS, SHEETS AND PILLOW CASES.

BATHROOM
The bathroom has a large shower cubicle with sliding door, a toilet and sink a towel rail and small cupboard above the sink with mirror Plus under sink cupboard and small cabinet for toilet roll etc. Also a small low watt towel rail electric heater.

KITCHEN
Fully equipped, the kitchen has a gas cooker (4 ring hob, oven and grill), a new under counter fridge Freezer, a microwave, electric kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, small George Foreman grill plus electric egg boiler and all pots, pans and cutlery you will need.

All appliances and cutlery except cooker are new. Also steam iron, ironing board & airier on veranda.

Also a fire blanket and a fire extinguisher for your safety.

DINING AREA
There is a round table and ample seating for 6 people in the dining area, plus 2 stools.

LIVING ROOM
Comfortably furnished with 2 settees, (Recently recovered) new carpet, a gas fire, 43"LED TV WITH BUILT IN DVD PLAYER + Freeview.
A smoke detector for your safety, also a free standing halogen heater with cut out if knocked over, board games Bingo Machine for the kids and card games, and the Twister game.

HALLWAY
Carbon monoxide detector, coat pegs and cupboard where the boiler is.

OUTSIDE
There his a 12ft x 4ft veranda fitted over the front door also outside table and four fold up chairs plus Double cane seat with centre table.
There is parking in front of the caravan for 2 cars (weather permitting). The caravan is very close to the main car park, only 3 rows away at the back of Archer's Pub and Reception. Also there are 2 auto lights on each doorway for your safety. At the front of the caravan there is a wooden bench.

WE ARE NOW PET FRIENDLY 2 SMALL DOGS ONLY.(PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE DOGS UN ATTENDED IN THE CARAVAN HAS ANY DAMAGE WOULD HAVE TO BE PAID FOR AND YOU WOULD LOOSE YOUR DEPOSIT.)

NO SMOKING INSIDE THE CARAVAN OR VAPING.

NO SAME SEX GROUPS OR MIXED PARTIES UNDER THE AGE OF 21.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR ACCIDENTS, INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE SUFFERD BY ANY MEMBER OF YOUR PARTY.
