Willerby Salsa Deluxe 2 bedroom holiday home to let, just 5 minute from beach and entertainment centre on the award -winning Devon Cliffs Holiday Park.

Which has a large gated wraparound decking with nice rattan chairs and tables for 4 people this is a lovely sun trap to enjoy a nice glass of wine or afternoon tea.
Within the lounge is a 40" TV with Freeview, DVD player -surround sound system very comforable fittings with extra table lights, we have also this year put in a nice new electric fire which will be safer for young family's. Also in the lounge is a double pullout bed if needed.
Leading on to the dining area is seating for up to 6 people which is very comfordable
on to the kitchen area which is fully fitted with full size gas cooker, oven, grill, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, Morphy Richards coffee maker, pots, pans crockery and glassware all you need for a great holiday.
The double bedroom has 2 double wardrobes with drawer space dressingtable and stool, mirror and hairdryer also 20" TV, Freeview and DVD player, this room has a travel cot if you need it, you will need to bring your own bedding. There are two electric heaters in this bedroom, it also has a en-suite with toilet, hand basin and heated towel rail.
Twin bedroom has a small wardrobe, cabinet with lamp, one eletric heater and storage room under beds.
Full size family bathroom with shower, toilet, hand basin, eletric heating and lots of shelves .
All beds have duvets, pillows, complete protection covers and you will need to bring your own bed linen towels and t towels
We also suppy hoover, iron, ironing board, sewing and first aid kit.
Smoke and carbon alarms are fitted throughout.
You will need to bring towels and tea towels.
Gas, electricity and water are included in the price.
There is some parking outside the caravan but lots of parking near by.
Terms and Conditions
No stag or hen parties allowed.
Strictly no smoking or vapour pets in caravan or on decking
A £50.00 non-refundable deposit, the balance is due 6 weeks before date of arrival, plus £100.0 this will be paid back to you , if there is no damage so smoking in caravan
Check in time is 3.00pm. Check out time 10.00am, if you arrive before then you can use the park. Also after check out you can stay on the park.
The key will be in the key lock, we provide the code before you arrive.
You must tell us how many are staying in caravan for insurance purposes.

Due to the steep gradients and steps, Devon Cliffs is not suitable for wheelchair users or people with mobility difficulties.
