Caravan Description

Here we have an immaculately maintained, 6 berth, 29x10 Cosalt Coaster caravan that has been recently furnished with brand new goods and is sited on the superb, family friendly Golden Palms Resort in Chapel St. Leonards.

As this caravan has been recently furnished and had a lot of love put into it, I would kindly ask that you do not smoke inside the caravan, this is just to maintain the quality of the caravan.

Small Pets are welcome to the caravan (subject to a small additional charge).

Unfortunately, linen will not be provided.

You will NOT be charged extra for any gas or electricity used during your stay, so don’t worry about that. Most of the lights are fitted with energy saving light bulbs too.

The caravan has a gas boiler that will supply you with instant hot water to all taps and the shower.

This wonderful caravan comprises:

Hall Area
Taking the set of steps to the rear of the caravan, you will open the door having doors to both bedrooms, the bathroom, storage cupboard with integrated gas boiler (with copy of gas safety certificate) smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm.
Alternatively, if you enter the caravan by the first set you walk straight into the beautifully furnished lounge and kitchen area.

Lounge/Dining Area
Brand new, fully fitted upholstered sofas, 24" flatscreen Freeview+ TV with 70 channels, fold-out area for second double bed, gas fire with plinth (copy of gas safety certificate in boiler cupboard), round dining room table, upholstered stool, double cupboards, cotton lined curtains to all windows and each window is fully netted for added privacy.

Kitchen
The superbly equipped, fully fitted kitchen comprises of built-in gas cooker with oven, grill and four ring hob, sink with drainer, full size fridge with ice box, fitted cupboards and a cooker hood. There is also a roller blind, microwave integrated wall unit, kettle, toaster, 6 piece pan set, 35 piece crockery set, cutlery, chopping board, table matts, lots of microwave safe dishes and a wall-mounted fire extinguisher.

Master Bedroom
This comes with a full size double bed, spacious wardrobe space, a set of bedside tables and a mirror with a 3 level brightness lamp. This room's windows have lined curtains and netting for privacy, along with an electric heater beneath. There is a power socket for a shaver/electric toothbrush too. In this room, there will also be an iron and ironing board and a vacuum if/when you may need it.

Twin Bedroom
This room has two single beds, netted window with lined curtains, bedside table, bedside lamp, single wardrobe and a mirror.

Bathroom
Full size shower with single glass door, a window with privacy glass and roller blind, WC, sink unit with a two-tier beech coloured shelving unit, plus 2 chrome towel rings.

**Please Note: £20 key deposit is required on collection of the keys. This will be refunded at the end of the stay once the keys have been returned**

Time of departure: By 10am
