Caravan Description
Welcome to our modern and spacious, two bedroom holiday home for hire on
Shorefield Country Park in Milford-on-Sea, Hampshire.
It is located in Seabreeze, which is approximately ten minutes walk from the main
park facilities and aroumd 15 minutes to the beach.
The caravan is fully double glazed and centrally heated (via radiators)
and comprises one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a family bathroom
with shower. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge.
The open plan lounge has large corner sofa unit incorporating a pull-out
double bed, dining table with seating, a TV/DVD player, iPod dock and gas
fire.
The kitchen comes fully-equipped with crockery, utensils, pots and pans,
microwave oven, integrated fridge/freezer and gas cooker and hob.
Our holiday home also benefits from a large, fully enclosed and gated
decking area with furniture and parasol for al-fresco dining. There is also
a picnic bench on the grass area for additional outdoor dining space.
Free Wi-Fi available.
Duvets and pillows are provided, but not bed linen. However, this can be
provided for a small additional charge (please enquire), but we would
respectfully ask guests to please bring their own tea towels, towels and
pool towels.
A travel cot can also be provided.
Leisure passes can be obtained at Shorefield's Reception at a reasonable
charge.
Sorry, no pets allowed and no smoking allowed.
Bookings
When booking more than 4 weeks in advance, a non-refundable deposit of 25%
is required. Full payment must be received no later than 4 weeks prior to
your arrival.
Payment is accepted by either cheque or bank transfer.
A breakages deposit of £100 will also be required, which will be returned
once the holiday home has been checked and everything found to be in order.
Unfortunately, large single sex parties cannot be accommodated due to park rules.
When making your enquiry, please advise the size of your party and number of
nights you wish to stay.

About the Area
Shorefield Country Park is a fabulous 5 star rated holiday. The park hasgreat entertainment for all ages, along with bars, restaurants, amusements
and a leisure club featuring a heated indoor pool, sauna, steam room and spa
bath. There is also a fully equipped gym, beauty spa, along
with a tennis court, play park, small lake for fishing (rod license
required), nature activities in the nature centre and a fully stocked
supermarket.
Nearby are golf courses, horse riding stables, nature trails, cycle routes
and fishing, all in beautiful surroundings.
The park is close to the beach at Milford on Sea and just a couple of miles
from the heart of the New Forest National Park, which is home to ponies and
deer. Nearby attractions include Beaulieu Motor Museum, Hurst Castle,
Paultons Park and Peppa Pig World.
Bournemouth with its famous sandy beaches, piers and attractions is also
close by and other nearby towns include Lymington, Brockenhurst, Keyhaven
and Christchurch.
The park is the ideal location to explore this beautiful part of Hampshire
and Dorset. Take a short walk through the park and the views
from the beach stretch across the Isle of Wight and the Needles giving an
impressive backdrop to any day on the beach.
