Caravan Description
Sited in ‘Sherwood 5s’, the caravan is on the Golden Palm Resort in Skegness; a very popular site for all ages.
It is our brand new, 2015, luxury caravan with French doors leading out onto an 8ft wraparound veranda, full gas central heating, UPVC double glazing and a Smart TV.
The kitchen is fully fitted with modern units, including an integrated, full size fridge/freezer. All electrical goods are supplied, i.e. an iron, hair dryer etc.
There are two bedrooms - one with twin beds, a single wardrobe and overhead storage, and the other with a king size bed, double wardrobe with drawers, overhead storage and a separate dressing table with mirror. It also comes complete with its own toilet.
The main bathroom has a walk-in shower.
We require a £50 booking fee to secure your chosen dates, which will be refunded once the caravan has been vacated and after inspection for any loss, damage or breakages.
Full payment must be received 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date.

About the Area
Our caravan is situated at the front of the site, offering easy access/exit, and is just a 10 minute walk from the beach.On site there is a swimming pool and a very large club house (passes are nom-transferable). There is also a tennis court and children's play area, along with plenty of fishing areas to explore.
A regular and frequent bus stops 2 minutes away from the Park, taking you to Ingoldmells and Skegness one way, or Mablethorpe the other way.
