A home from home chalet set in a lovely area on the Bideford Bay Holiday Park. It's the centre chalet in a block of 3, nestled in a clearing at the bottom of the steep wooded valley with the Manor House bar/restaurant and park amenities within a short, easy walking distance.
The chalet sleeps 4 in one double and one twin bedded room, both have electric wall heaters.
Bed Linen is included in the price however for those who prefer to take their own a reduction of £10 can be taken off the advertised cost. ( Mattress toppers/protectors, pillows and duvets are always supplied) .
The bathroom has an electric shower (no bath), WC, wash basin/vanity unit, shaver point and a heated
The comfortable lounge offers a fabulous sea view, 32 " flat screen combi TV/DVD player with a small supply of DVD's for guests use.

A well equipped kitchen, refurbished in 2017.
Electricity included in the price.
No Towels are supplied, however a tea towel, bath mat and starter pack of handwash, dishwashing liquid/cloth, bin liner and toilet roll are provided.
An iron and ironing board, hairdryer and 4 portable folding chairs are provided for your use.
A travel cot and high chair are available.

The holiday park facilities open between February and November. Entertainment passes are not included in the price, if required they can be purchased directly from the parks reception on your arrival and are subject to their terms and conditions.
