We are pleased to let our 3 bedroom Cosalt Baysdale caravan situated on a secluded and quiet corner plot, with parking, on Parkdean’s Newquay Holiday Park.

The caravan has gas central heating throughout and boasts:

A spacious lounge area with corner sofa (converts to double bed), a modern gas fire, flat screen TV, Freeview and built-in DVD player, along with a small selection of DVDs for your entertainment.

Kitchen diner with dining table, oven with gas hob and grill, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, kitchen utensils, iron and ironing board, full crockery and cutlery inventory.

Bathroom with shower, plus separate toilet.

Three bedrooms: Master bedroom with double bed, overhead lighting, bedside table and wardrobe; two twin bedrooms with single twin beds. All bedrooms have overhead storage and wardrobes. A travel cot is available.

We also provide a Hoover.

Please Note: To keep our prices low guests are required to bring their own bed linen and towels, although we do provide all duvets and pillows, including those for the sofa bed.

Our rental prices include all gas and electricity.

Entertainment passes can be purchased separately from reception.

Newquay Holiday Park has the following facilities on site: three outdoor pools (heated) with a 200ft waterslide, a clubhouse with kids’ club and live entertainment, mini golf, laundry facilities, playground, snooker/pool, restaurant, takeaway, supermarket with off-licence and cash machine. There is also Wi-Fi available in the clubhouse.

Locally there is a 9 hole golf course and Newquay Beach is 3 miles away.
