Caravan Description

This is our beautiful and stunning swift bordeaux exclusive caravan, situated on the picturesque North Yorkshire coast near Filey on Haven’s 5* Primrose Valley Holiday Park, sited just a 3 minute walk from the main complex, beach and children's play area.

The caravan is 40x12ft with a wraparound veranda with rattan outdoor furniture. It has the additional benefit of gas central heating and double glazing, which is essential in the colder months.

There are three bedrooms, one double and two twin, along with two toilets, one en suite and one with a shower and wash basin. There is also a double pull-out sofa bed in the lounge.

In our caravan, there are all the modern amenities you could require including a fridge freezer, microwave, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and vacuum, a 43" TV with Freeview and free Wi-Fi. We also provide a travel cot and a high chair.

The caravan is situated on a premium site on Primrose field (34) which is close to all attractions and a short walk from the beach and children's play area. It has a paved area to park your car and plenty of grass around the caravan for children to play.

For the safety of all our guests the caravan is fitted with an alarm, fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide detectors with fire escape windows.

Bookings

The key for the caravan and alarm will be located within a key safe box at the side of the caravan; the code will be sent via text before your holiday starts. Please return keys to safe box on your departure.

Check in time is 2pm. Check out/departure is by 11am.

A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance owing should be paid 6 weeks before arrival, payment is preferred by bank transfer or by cheque.

A further £50 bond will be required with your final payment, which is returnable following inspection by our cleaners, provided there is no carelessness or malicious damage.

We can accommodate short breaks of 3 / 4 / 7 nights.

Important Terms & Conditions

Please be aware that any damages over £10 must be paid for and will be billed directly to the customer by either Haven or ourselves.

This is strictly a no smoking and pet free caravan. Evidence of either will result in the customer being billed for a deep clean.

BBQs are to be held well away from the caravan and decking.

The £50 booking deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellations. Refunds will only be given provided we can re-book the caravan for the full price you paid - any difference will be covered by you. The remaining balance will be refunded.

Please note all Haven rules to be adhered to whilst staying on site, this includes no single sex groups. In booking with us and by paying for your holiday you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
