CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE
Our privately owned Swift Loire caravan is a 2017 model that is beautifully furnished, easy to access and offers a view of the sea, straight out of the front windows. It is also just a short walk from the beach, cafés bars and plentiful entertainment.
Passes, not included, price available on request.
Bedding, tea towels and bath mats supplied on request for an extra £25.
We charge £100 with final payment as a care and respect bond, this is refunded within a few days if no damage caused.
There is mains gas central heating, double glazing, a tall fridge freezer, electric feature fireplace, shower with toilet along with a separate second toilet. Please scroll down to view more. Please scroll further for more info on both descriptions.
A small iron and ironing board, drying rack and clothes pegs provided.
We leave various games and home comforts in the caravan for your use, these include a hairdryer and radio in the main bedroom.
Car parking spaces are 10 yards from caravan, accessed by hard standing walkway. A picnic bench is on the patio.

About the Area
Devon Cliffs is a long established family holiday park. The beach is privately owned and the facilities are plentiful, as can be seen on their website. These include a large indoor pool with flumes, a heated outdoor pool, crazy golf, sports, climbing wall, bungee trampolines, high wire, outdoor gym and two large clubs for entertainment with children's clubs, bingo etc. There’s also a sports bar with several screens. Indoor play area12 food outlets including, Cooks fish and chips, Burger King, Starbucks, Millie's cookies.
Laundrette, hire shop and well stocked mini market with larger outlets 1 mile away.
I cannot confirm that all venues will be in use if the park take measures regarding the Corona virus at this time.
The Park is close to Exmoor National Park, Torquay, Sidmouth donkey sanctuary, Exeter, Trago Mills, Seaton tramway and good cycle paths.
