Caravan Description
We only purchased our 3 bedroom Delta Swift caravan on Caister-on-Sea Holiday Park at the very end of the 2016 season, so it is lovely & new!
It is fully double glazed and fully central heated, making it lovely and warm whatever time of the season.
There is plenty of room to park your car outside too.
Our caravan is ideally situated a stone’s throw from the beautiful beach, a couple of minutes’ walk from the swimming pool and playground, and another minute or so from the main activity area - so you are nice and close, but not too close!
There are 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin. Beds will be made up for you on arrival.
There is a main shower room and also a second WC. A bath mat and hand towels will be provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need, including a fridge with mini freezer section, cooker and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. Washing up equipment is provided and we also provide a large washing airer and hoover.
The open plan lounge and dining area is lovely and spacious. There is a TV with in-built DVD player, along with a selection of DVDs, books (for adults and children) and board games.
Strictly NO smoking in the caravan

About the Area
Our caravan is situated on Haven’s very popular Caister-on-Sea Holiday Park at Caister-on-Sea, Great Yarmouth. Our plot is located in the Ormesby area of the park, which is literally a stone’s throw from the beach and a few minutes’ walk from the swimming pool and playground. It is about a 5 minute walk from the main activity complex.We think it is safe to say that on site there is something to keep everyone entertained: the lovely beach is great for walks or beach games; there is an indoor pool with slides and various aqua activities; a climbing wall, zip wire, mini golf, go-karts, sand art and pottery painting; indoor soft play; drop slide and more. There are also lots of organised activities from nature rockz to talent shows. In the evenings there is a kiddies disco, bingo and entertainment for all the ages.
There is a convenience shop and laundrette on site.
Although the caravan is fully equipped to cook your own meals - if you wanted to eat out why not try the Mash & Barrel bar and restaurant on site, or for something more relaxed or to take away there is also Papa John’s pizza and a fish & chip shop.
The surrounding area also has many take-aways and a variety of pubs and restaurants - menus can be found in the information folder that we leave in the caravan.
Just 4 miles up the road is Great Yarmouth, where you will find all your traditional British seaside entertainment, including the pleasure beach, Joyland (for the younger children), the model village and also the Sea Life Centre – one stop we would recommend you make is to the Hippodrome Circus - we love it!
Nearby there is also a whole host of great days out to be had and don't forget that the Norfolk Broads are on your doorstep should you fancy taking a boat out for the day!
You really won't struggle for things to do here .....or you can just relax on the sandy beach!!
