Caravan Description

We offer a lovely caravan with wrap-around sundeck with gate, and patio set for lazy evenings. We have a prime site position at the front of the site, with a large green area and tarmac car parking area 6 feet away from front of caravan.

The caravan is a real home from home with the usual comforts: A large flat screen TV, DVD blue-ray player with DVDs, tv /dvds in 2 bedrooms, [ new addition easter 2017- awaiting aerial connection- so plays dvds only at the moment!] , a microwave, fridge with small freezer, kettle, toaster, all pots and pans, cutlery and crockery. A hairdryer is also provided.

There is 1 double bedroom and 2 twin/double rooms, plus a pull-out double bed in the lounge. We also provide a travel cot if required.

There is a shower room and separate toilet with wash basin.

The caravan has a central lounge and an end kitchen and dining room.

Most rooms have electric panel heaters and there is a gas fire in the lounge, for the cooler months. Theres a tower fan for the hot months!

Quilts, pillows and duvets are provided, with blankets also for cooler nights, but you will need towels, tea towels, pillow cases, sheets and duvet covers. - Freshley launded bedding packs can be hired if you prefer, [ if enough notice given on late bookings and late deals]. Please ask for details and current prices.

This is a non-smoking/non-vaping caravan, but you are welcome to do so outside - please use ashtrays provided,to extinguish cigaretts fully!

A £50 deposit ( non refundable) will secure your booking. The balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to your chosen date, and you may pay by instalments [bank transfer] prior to this, if more convenient for you.

A £50 bond is also required when paying balance, which is refundable after caravan has been checked and everything found to be in a satisfactory condition. We know accidents happen, but would request that the caravan is left clean and tidy as you would wish to find it yourself.

No same sex groups, except couples and families please.

The caravan and site is suitable for all ages from young families to senior citizens.

Location

Towervans is a lovely peaceful site, but benefits from being only a 10 minute walk from an award winning, wide sandy beach with long promenade, as well as the town centre and all its attractions: restaurants, supermarket, shops, takeaways, banks and weekly market, etc. etc. The boating lake and Queens Park with the outdoor children’s pool is also a 10 minute walk away.

The site itself has a its own club/bistro with regular live entertainment, Sky TV, a children’s room and play area. Due to the location of the caravan the clubs on two ajoining sites, The Mermaid and Whispering Waters, welcome you and are on the doorstep. The site has its own well-stocked fishing lake (day permits available for a small charge).

There is a small shop across the road, which is open from 6am to 8pm daily.

Wi-Fi is available from the site from £6 per week (2016 prices).

There is a lovely little cinema in the town showing latest releases.

There is a regular (open top in summer) bus service to nearby resorts: Chapel St Leonards (8 miles via Coast Rd) and Ingoldmells with Fantasy Island theme park and Europe's largest outdoor market, which is 11 miles away. Skegness is next door, with all its attractions.
