Caravan Description

Spacious private let, 37ft x12ft, 8-berth, 3-bedroom holiday home located near to the lakes at Haven Holiday Village. Fully furnished, gas fire, central heating and double glazed throughout. Situated in a quiet, private location, yet conveniently close to all the onsite amenities, daytime activities and evening entertainment. The sea-front and town nearby are easily accessible on foot.

We offer 3, 4 and 7 night stays as standard. For 7 night stays, just add an adjoining 3/4 night stay for the total price.

For 7+ night stays, please send us your required dates for a discounted rate.

Kitchen:

Fully fitted modern kitchen with lots of storage space, oven/hob/extractor, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, wash bowl, drainer, kettle and toaster. All crockery, cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils and pots provided for your convenience.

Lounge/Dining Area:

Spacious open plan living room with pull-out double sofa bed to accommodate additional guests (maximum of 8 people permitted to stay). Spacious open plan dining area which can also be used as a work space or for card/board games with the family. Fitted comfortable corner seating and two stool seats provided. Lots of space for family meals and entertaining friends! Make a brew or pour yourself a glass of wine... all crockery and glassware is provided for your stay at Somerset Solstice! To make you feel at home, you'll also find an LCD TV (Freeview), DVD player, coffee table, fitted gas fire and table lamps. All you need for a relaxing cosy night in!

Main Bedroom:

You'll sleep well at Somerset Solstice! Located in a tranquil private area of the park, you'll get a peaceful nights rest. Comfortable double bed, overhead/underbed storage, side cabinets, 3-door wardrobe and dressing table, table lamp and mirror. High quality duvet and pillows are provided. Just bring your own bed linen to make yourself at home! You'll find lots of closet space in the main bedroom which comes with a 3-door wardrobe, a dressing table with additional storage and long length mirror. The two twin bedrooms each have a single door wardrobe, overhead/underbed storage, and a side cabinet.

Two Twin Bedrooms:

Two further twin bedrooms with overhead/underbed storage, single side cabinet and single wardrobe. Two comfortable single beds in each room with duvets and pillows provided. Just bring along your own bed linen and Somerset Solstice will feel just like home!

Toilet/WC:

No more queues for the bathroom! The toilet/WC is a separate room from the shower/wash room and comes fitted with an environmentally friendly eco-flush cistern and hand wash basin.

Shower/Wash Room:

Large wash basin, mirrored cabinet with storage and a fully fitted large modern walk-in shower cubicle with a power-shower. Just bring along your own towels and toiletries!

Surrounding Area:

The property is in quiet location near to the lakes, but is close to the onsite amenities and activities. There is a two-seater bench that converts into a 4 seater picnic bench for you to enjoy the grassed garden area outside. Conveniently located as the end plot, there is also a hedge to the rear of the caravan providing privacy and preventing cut through, ensuring you have a relaxing stay with no disturbances. The parking bay is just a 1 minute walk from the front door!

Terms & Conditions:

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in from 2:00pm
• Check-out by 10:00am
• Key safe code will be provided prior to your stay once full payment has been received. You are responsible for the key for the duration of your stay and for securing it on departure.
Reservations, Payments & Cancellation
• £50 must be paid as a deposit to reserve your booking. The deposit is non-refundable.
• Your holiday must be paid in full, 6 weeks prior to your holiday commencement date.
• Cancellation notice is required at least 4 weeks prior to your holiday commencement date. If the full balance is paid on time, you receive a 50% refund of the total cost of your holiday. No refunds are given for cancellation of less than 4 weeks notice prior to your holiday commencement date.

Optional Extras

• Linen and towels are NOT provided in the holiday home rental, so please bring your own. Alternatively, supplies are available for hire from the Haven reception desk.
• Haven activity bundles and club access passes are NOT provided in the holiday home rental, but can be purchased from the Haven reception desk.
Health and Safety
• Health and safety must be strictly adhered to at all times.
• The owner is not responsible for any accidents that occur during your stay.
• A maximum of 8 people are permitted to use the holiday home for insurance purposes. Over-occupancy will result in you becoming liable for your health and safety.
• It is your responsibility to maintain the property during your stay, and to leave it in the same condition as you found it when you arrived. The owner reserves the right to refuse future bookings if the property is left in an unacceptable condition.
• No smoking or pets allowed in the holiday home.
• No ball games within the vicinity of the holiday home.
• Theft or malicious damage to property will be reported to the police.
